★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu acho que pro comercial de minha casa minha vida, não tem nada, as taxas de parcelamento são altas demais, com uma.pessoa de baixa renda pode ter um imóvel, eu acho uma propaganda enganosa, qndo vc vai ver não é nada do que eles diz só isto, até $500.00 reais tdo bem as parcelas, mas $800.00 com condomínio, as parcelas já sai do minha casa minha vida, qual o pobre, que tem estes valores pra pagar 30 anos, por Deus, não existe isto, este é meu pensamento, tá aí porque tanta favela em nosso país, acha que um pobre tem $800.00 reais para pagar, Meu Deus que mentira é esta, enganando a população, dando esperança, sem poder ajudar, ainda fala que é minha casa minha vida

Ele explica bem todas as condições de uma forma que consiga entender. Não é como os tradicionais corretores que querem te vender a todo custo, mesmo que você não tenha condições de adquirir o imóvel sem se endividar para o resto da vida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência esta sendo péssima nessa contrutora isso porque eu nem recebi a chave do apartamento ainda.. Na hora de vender é as mil mravilhas depois no pós vendas só Deus na causa.. Se arrependimento matasse com certeza eu estaria morta ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico a construtora tenda pra ninguém, nem pro meu pior inimigo, pois ninguém merece passar por isso, eles usam materiais de segunda linha, as paredes do apartamento todas tortas, sem nível, instalação deixa a desejar, os azulejos caindo da parede do banheiro, o interfone desde que vim morar não funciona...falta de respeito com os clientes...nome do empreendimento: AURORA, Jaraguá, rua SAVERIO VALENTE 635 .NÃO RECOMENDO
