O atendimento é muito bom e simpático.
Tem vagas de estacionamento na porta.
Os preços... ah, os preços... São iguais aos de qualquer pet shop: há um cartel nessa área que precisa ser investigado pelas autoridades.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre comprei nesse estabelecimento quando começou a pandemia para incentivar os comerciantes locais e por ser um lugar com preços muito atrativos e bom atendimento porém a caixa do período da manhã ou não foi com minha cara ou não sabe lidar com publico! Esta sempre de cara fechada, sempre respondendo com grosseria...por 3x me tratou mal, mas eu relevem pois pensei:" deve estar em um dia ruim"..., porém ontem dia 29/12 percebi que ela esta SEMPRE mal humorada! Ao comprar ração umida da Royal canin para minha cachorro que esta em promoção ( tive o cuidado de pegar a que estava com o papel de desconto embaixo, pois nas outras vezes que comprei, muitas estavam cadastradas de forma errada) a caixa cobrou o valor cheio e eu questionei sobre o desconto e ela me respondeu bem seca: "você é cliente consulado???"
Eu: "sim"
Caixa bufando: "então vc tem que avisar antes da compra"!!!
Oi???? Se o produto esta em promoção para clientes cadastrados, o caixa deve perguntar ao passar no caixa se o cliente é cadastrado ou não para adquirir o desconto, certo????? Pelo menos é assim no pão de açúcar, cobasi, petz, extra....
Enfim, como cansei de ser mal atendida, vou voltar a fazer compras na cobasi mesmo!

She is always frowning, always responding with rudeness ... for 3x she treated me badly, but I know because I thought: "it must be on a bad day" ... but yesterday, December 29, I realized that she is ALWAYS in a bad mood ! When buying Royal Canin wet food for my dog that is on sale (I was careful to get the one with the discount paper underneath, because the other times I bought it, many were registered in the wrong way) the box charged the full amount and I asked about the discount and she answered me very dry: "are you a consulate client ???"
Me: "yes"
Snorting box: "then you have to notify before purchase" !!!
Hi???? If the product is on sale to registered customers, the cashier must ask when checking in the cashier whether the customer is registered or not to purchase the discount, right ????? At least that's how it is with sugar bread, cobasi, petz, extra ....
Anyway, as I got tired of being poorly attended, I will go back to shopping at cobasi!
