Essa semana minha cachorrinha foi fazer avaliação pré operatória e foi super bem atendida. Muito satisfeita com o atendimento, recomendo de olhos fechados.
I have been taking my dogs to the clinic for years, they always had all the attention and care. Very dedicated and attentive professionals. It was the competence that I don't even need to comment on. This week my puppy went to preoperative evaluation and was very well attended. Very satisfied with the service, I recommend it with my eyes closed.

A Dra Ismaella e equipe são ótimas profissionais, tratam os pacientes e tutores com o maior carinho, atenção e competência. Minhas filhinhas Gigi e Nina são pacientes da Dra. Ismaella, inclusive a Nina foi castrada na clínica, correndo tudo bem na procedimento e pós operatório. A atenção da clínica vai além, tendo o cuidado de cuidar e controlar as datas das vacinas das gatinhas através do envio de mensagens para lembrar os tutores das datas de retorno. Super indico, de olhos fechados e coração aberto.
The clinic is excellent, very well structured, extremely clean and welcoming. Dr. Ismaella and team are great professionals, they treat patients and guardians with the greatest care, attention and competence. My little girls Gigi and Nina are Dr. Ismaella's patients, even Nina was castrated in the clinic, everything going well in the procedure and post-op. The clinic's attention goes further, taking care to care for and control the dates of the kittens' vaccines by sending messages to remind the guardians of the return dates. Super Indian, with closed eyes and open heart.

Cuida das minhas filhotas de 4 patas há mais de 10 anos e sempre manteve seus atendimentos impecáveis! A clínica é aconchegante, linda, funcional e moderna, além de todos os profissionais terem o mesmo perfil de excelência na qualidade do atendimento e serviços que a dona. Não troco NUNCA e indico de olhos fechados, inclusive para aqueles donos mais exigentes (como eu). Nota 1.000!!!
Dr. Ismaella is an AMAZING veterinarian !!! Very professional, committed, attentive, explains everything in the smallest details. He has taken care of my 4-legged puppies for over 10 years and has always kept his care impeccable! The clinic is cozy, beautiful, functional and modern, and all professionals have the same profile of excellence in the quality of care and services as the owner. I NEVER change and I indicate with my eyes closed, even for those more demanding owners (like me). Note 1,000 !!!

A Dra Ismaela tem preocupação com o pet, e explica tudo nos mínimos detalhes, dá para perceber que é uma veterinária humana e de um coração enorme, inclusive ajudando não só os clientes mas ONGs e doguinhos abandonados! Tenho um filhote de 6 meses, que estava muito doentinho e desnutrido! Ela salvou a vida dele! Gratidão!
Clean, comfortable place that exudes love for pets! The professionals are attentive, and careful! Dr. Ismaela is concerned with the pet, and explains everything in the smallest details, you can see that she is a human veterinarian and with a huge heart, including helping not only clients but NGOs and abandoned doguinhos! I have a 6 month old puppy, who was very sick and malnourished! She saved his life! Gratitude!

Eu, Gislaine da Fonseca Porto, divulgo a presente nota de retratação pública relativa ao teor dos comentários desrespeitosos e inaceitáveis que fiz neste mesmo canal de comunicação Google, no dia 14/12/2020, contra a imagem e a honra da Ismaella F. Siqueira e da Clínica Pet Medical.
Admito que o conteúdo da postagem causou uma situação negativa e constrangedora quanto a lisura de seus negócios, reconhecendo não ser expressão da verdade, vez que nunca utilizei ou contratei os serviços da Pet Medical ou de Ismaella, para que pudesse me permitir fazer qualquer tipo de avaliação.
A respeito das demais ofensas perpetradas na mesma postagem contra a dignidade e procedência regional de Ismaella, lamento pelo ocorrido e peço sinceras desculpas pelos transtornos causados.
Assim, reitero minhas sinceras escusas pelos comentários infelizes que postei, retratando-me publicamente para restabelecer a verdade e a dignidade dos ofendidos, com o compromisso de que este ato não mais se repetirá.

I, Gislaine da Fonseca Porto, publish this public retraction note regarding the content of the disrespectful and unacceptable comments I made in this same Google communication channel, on 12/14/2020, against the image and honor of Ismaella F. Siqueira and the Pet Medical Clinic.
I admit that the content of the post caused a negative and embarrassing situation regarding the honesty of its business, recognizing that it is not an expression of the truth, since I never used or contracted the services of Pet Medical or Ismaella, so that it could allow me to make any kind of evaluation.
Regarding the other offenses perpetrated in the same post against the dignity and regional origin of Ismaella, I am sorry for what happened and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Thus, I reiterate my sincere apologies for the unfortunate comments I posted, publicly retracting myself to restore the truth and dignity of the offended, with the commitment that this act will never be repeated.
