Esperando desde 2008 uma chamada, agendaram para a data do dia 10/03/2022 as 9:00
Chegamos então às 8:30 conforme combinado, pegando um transito péssimo em SP.
Chegando no ambiente, vc é mal atendido desde a chegada, pessoas desorganizadas! Profissionais péssimos! Ficamos esperando até as 10:00 e tivemos que reclamar da demora, a única coisa que disseram é que telefonaram pra recepção de baixo e disseram que não tinha mais ninguém a ser atendido.
No mesmo instante vieram nos buscar para levar a papelada, deixamos em menos de 5 minutos e tivemos que retornar as 15:00
Aonde não ligam nem o Ar-condicionado para as pessoas! Gente é sério, ir nesse ambiente é só sair pesado de tanta energia ruim e pessoas sem educação.
Lugar péssimo!
Obs.: Os "Trabalhadores" desse local só ficam no estacionamento fumando.

So we arrived at 8:30 as agreed, getting a bad traffic in SP.
Arriving at the environment, you are poorly attended from the moment you arrive, disorganized people! Terrible professionals! We waited until 10:00 and had to complain about the delay, the only thing they said is that they called the reception downstairs and said that there was no one else to be answered.
At the same time they came to pick us up to take the paperwork, we left in less than 5 minutes and had to return at 15:00
Where they don't even care about the air conditioning for people! People are serious, going in this environment is just leaving heavy with so much bad energy and uneducated people.
Terrible place!
Note: The "Workers" of this place are only in the parking lot smoking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited there 4 time to get my visa for an Engineering conference but failed because they didn't process my application on time (in 45 days) and couldn't translate their own rules and regulations, issued by their health ministry.
In short, being a doctorate student of USP, I lost good amount of my saving for nothing because I have to buy the tickets again, renew my health insurance and cancel the bookings with penalty.
Visit 1:They suggest me to go to France consulate to try my visa from there
Visit 2: As my visit was for study purpose (conference), I went and still they said that your purpose is not study (Strange). They suggested again to send a complicated email to the health ministry and if you get the positive response, come again and I will provide you the visa in 2 days.
Visit 3: I got the response from the Health Ministry after 18 days and they said that you visit purpose is study so you can get the visa. I went again to get my visa from the SP Italian consulate but again he said that the conference is near and you need to quarantine for 10 days, so let us send the email to the Health Ministry to get a special permission to exempt this quarantine.
Visit 4: I got the email yesterday (Exactly on the day of conference) that you are not exempted from the quarantine. so we cannot give you the visa and come get you documents.
So my point is, if you can not translate your rules and regulations, How we are suppose to do. and if you know that you don't have a chance to get the visa then why, a student like me, spent his big chunk of saving and time in this process.
Very very disappointed.
