★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo e vergonhoso. Recepcionistas extremamente mal educadas. Qualquer que seja a informação que você precisa, elas dirão que não sabem te responder e pedem pra que você envie um e-mail. Oras! A finalidade da existência de um consulado e do cargo delas é justamente esse: informar e orientar. Se nada sabem dizer, retirem essas pamonhas de lá e passem o cadeado.
Terrible and shameful service. Extremely rude receptionists. Whatever information you need, they will say they don't know how to answer you and ask you to send them an email. Why! The purpose of the existence of a consulate and their position is precisely that: to inform and guide. If you can't say anything, take those mucks out of there and put the lock on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência é péssima ja que ainda não fui atendida por dos questões: Votar para as eleições legislativas (Preciso fazer mudança de endereço) e consultar por convalidação de diplomas entre outras coisas. Realmente é lamentável o atendimento, não respondem os e-mails e se for pessoalmente te falar para ligar agendamento, telefono que jamais é atendido.
The experience is terrible since I have not yet been answered due to two questions: Vote for the legislative elections (I need to change address) and consult for validation of diplomas, among other things. The service is really regrettable, they don't answer e-mails and if I'm going to talk to you personally to call an appointment, I'll call you and it's never answered.

They don't attend without shift...none of this is discussed on the website...in case it helps someone...those are the email numbers and service hours.

I called today at 5:15 pm on 5/12 and the attendant was rude in a way that simply made me look elsewhere for help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace unos doce años la atención era pésima. Llamabas y te quedabas esperando más de 40 sin atención. Desde entonces ha ido mejorado mucho, notablemente. Hoy (año 2021) es un servicio de alta calidad, buena atención, suministran información que siempre ayuda. La mayoría de los trámites personales se resuelven rápidamente. Las llamadas las atienden eficientemente. Colaboran para cualquier trámite. Orientan con claridad.
En las elecciones 2021 hubo una organización excelente, votación rápida, segura y fácil. Me gusta que avisen de las actividades por e-mail.
About twelve years ago the attention was terrible. You called and you were waiting for more than 40 without attention. Since then it has improved a lot, notably. Today (year 2021) it is a high quality service, good service, they provide information that always helps. Most personal paperwork is resolved quickly. Calls are handled efficiently. They collaborate for any procedure. They guide clearly.
In the 2021 elections there was an excellent organization, quick, safe and easy voting. I like that they notify of the activities by e-mail.
