Não foi o caso, tive um atendimento excepcional, tanto pelo contato por telefone/e-mail ou presencialmente. O serviço é super eficiente e rápido. A educação e gentileza do pessoal no consulado foi memorável. Muito obrigado!!!
Generally the experiences I have had with consulates and embassies have always been “threatening” and uncomfortable. This was not the case, I had an exceptional service, either by phone/email or in person. The service is super efficient and fast. The politeness and kindness of the staff at the consulate was memorable. Thank you very much!!!
