★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star is very kind as they deserve zero stars. The phone service is the most useless thing any business can have by taking you through multiple pre-recorded messages and options that finally ends up with them hanging up on you. Email is equally worthless with their canned responses that offer no information of value. They have a site that tells you how long an application will take to get processed and it gets updated every week on Tuesdays, but neither the site updates on the day they list on their website nor the number has any meaning. Visa applications sit there indefinitely with no response, no information, nothing about them but the fees are charged right up front. No professionalism, no customer service, Canada should be ashamed to have such embassy bearing their name.
