★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attender there is very slow and they behave as they are the owner of consulate office according to there website timing there is morning 10 to 11.30 and afternoon 3pm to 4pm we can visit the time they have mention but they usually saying come morning if that is the case they should remove the time of 3pm to 4pm from website and they talk so rude people who attend there dont know speak english and speak protuguesse i dont how they can work such a proper knowing language how they will help brazilian who want to visit india for toursim god help them. I think first they should training to prople who are working there no to harras people come tommorrow day after tommorrow come this time only they are there to help people not to give trouble over all my expernice was bad being an indian and for brazilain all the best in advance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse. I have an emergency and everyone is rude, although I have paid all fees and have explained my situation several times. Pandemic doesn't make it easy either. I'm just praying the "nice" amount of 230 RS for just a certificate won't be sent to trash just because they feel like it. A consulate is supposed to help, not to make people feel the country representated there is that rude.
