★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sukiya is a fast food Japanese rice & ramen place and as such it's good. It's cheap, the serving sizes are quite big and the food itself is good enough. i usually stick to the rice bowls, but I know people who like the ramen, however, their fried chicken and kimchi are really not tasty or fresh. But that's what you get. :)
I like that they serve you at your table

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido via ifood e veio um prato errado. Tentei contato via app e por telefone. Ninguém atende e estou com fome. Ok, não comprarei mais. A, quase esqueci: a cerveja chegou quente!!
Asked for a specific meal through app them it came a different one. No problem, I think it’s just call by phone. Not a option via app neither via published phone at google (probably because it’s close to closing time. I’m hungry so I’ll have this meal I didn’t order. Ok, not buying anymore from this place.
Last but not least, beer arrived room temperature: brazilian blazing hell!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You literally order A and get B after hours of waiting for a supposedly fast-food. I've never seen so many terrible waiters before. Sukiya just sucks, it's definitely a no-go for anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool place to eat, lots of options and always fresh they have different types of iced tea/suki and ice cream.
You can also get the same rice they use on their dishes to cook it at home.
Very worth a visit if you don't want to spend to much on eating out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What I like the most about Sukiya is that they serve delicious everyday food on a budget. The perfect combination for me is a small gyudon bowl with a side of chicken karaage, which is actually my favourite chicken dish ever.
Every Sukiya restaurant I go to is always busy, though, and they usually aren't big enough so finding a table can be a struggle. Service, on the other hand, is great and the food always comes fast. Paying can be a pain since the food chain usually don't have as many cashiers as they should have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fine fast food, nothing to write home about. We had the curry and ramen bowl, and the order was ready on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s ok. Sukiya is like the McDonalds/BK of Japanese food.
As the “Henry Ford method” of preparing food, you cannot expect too much.
Different of other chains, it’s not fast-food.
My opinion: it’s ok if you’re starving.
