★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha poodle estava muito mal, então liguei para a clínica para saber de mais informações, a atendente sanou as minhas dúvidas com as informações que pudia. Após isso, resolvi então levá-la para uma consulta médica, onde Dr. Anderson e seu ajudante nos atendeu prontamente e examinou-a de forma clinica e também fez alguns exames. A ultrasonografia que ela precisou tbm foi feito lá mesmo, por um outro especialista nessa mesma clinica, pois este tipo de exame é terceirizado. Mesmo assim, valeu a experiência! Descobrimos enfim o problema da minha doguinha. Infelizmente foi necessário realizar uma cirurgia pq a situação dela estava complicando-se. No dia seguinte, já com todos os resultados de exames prontos, decidimos fazer a cirurgia que também foi prestado por um especialista terceirizado e conseguimos, devido a gravidade, agendar para o mesmo dia à tarde. Enfim, deu tudo certo, minha poodle veio pra casa nesse mesmo dia, não tenho até o momento do que reclamar. Fomos muito bem atendidos pela equipe e os demais que prestaram seus serviços.
My poodle was very bad, so I called the clinic to find out more information, the attendant answered my doubts with the information she could. After that, I then decided to take her to a medical appointment, where Dr. Anderson and his assistant attended to us promptly and examined her clinically and also did some tests. The ultrasound she needed was also done there, by another specialist in the same clinic, as this type of examination is outsourced. Still, it was worth the experience! We finally discovered my dog's problem. Unfortunately it was necessary to undergo surgery because her situation was getting complicated. The next day, with all the test results ready, we decided to undergo the surgery, which was also provided by an outsourced specialist and we managed, due to its seriousness, to schedule it for the same day in the afternoon. Anyway, everything worked out, my poodle came home that same day, so far I have nothing to complain about. We were very well attended by the team and others who provided their services.
