★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha uma consulta marcada pra 9h. Cheguei na clínica, paguei. Depois fui informada que a médica não viria, o que já é um absurdo. Passados uns 20 minutos, outra paciente chegou, tinha consulta marcada com a mesma médica. Eles poderiam ter ligado pra outra paciente e avisado, mas não informaram. Além disso, tô há mais de 1 hora esperando fazerem o estorno do valor retirado do cartão. Dizem que também não poder ser feito por pix, nem dar o valor em espécie, que tem que esperar num sei quem dar a senha pra poder estornar pela máquina de cartão. É isso! Vou chegar atrasada no trabalho, por incompetência de alguém.
