Mantenho o elogio para a recrutadora, porém atualizo o feedback para uma estrela pois a empresa simplesmente não då retorno da entrevista.
Fiz um processo seletivo nessa empresa e simplesmente nĂŁo tive retorno nenhum. A vaga ao qual eu estava concorrendo era de uma determinada empresa e alguns meses depois vi a mesma vaga disponĂvel no prĂłprio Linkedin da Persona RH... Ou seja, nĂŁo passei no processo. Pior do que um resultado negativo Ă© nĂŁo dar resultado nenhum.
As pessoas criam expectativa (pois quem vai pra uma entrevista espera ser chamado), se programam pra poder participar mas nĂŁo hĂĄ o mĂnimo de empatia com o candidato pĂłs entrevista.
Dei meu feedback pelo Whatsapp e agora dou meu feedback aqui pelo Google para que os candidatos vejam que se demorarem no retorno o seu caso nĂŁo Ă© um caso isolado.
Respeitem os candidatos.

I keep the praise for the recruiter, but I update the feedback to a star because the company simply does not return the interview.
I made a selection process in this company and I simply had no response. The vacancy I was applying for was from a particular company and a few months later I saw the same vacancy available on Persona RH's own Linkedin... In other words, I didn't pass the process. Worse than a negative result is no result at all.
People create expectations (because whoever goes to an interview expects to be called), they schedule themselves to participate but there is not the slightest empathy with the candidate after the interview.
I gave my feedback via Whatsapp and now I give my feedback here via Google so that candidates can see that if they take a long time to get back to you, your case is not an isolated case.
Respect the candidates.
