★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência ruim. A bicicletaria que não tem onde encostar a bike com a atendente da loja, que aparentemente é a dona, que só falou comigo pra me dizer o preço e quem aparentemente é o dono nem me deu um bom dia, mas tava em altos papo com uma boyzada que que chegou lá.
Produtos muito caros e a loja realmente é voltada a um público muito elitizado.
Apesar dos donos, os mecânicos são muito profissionais e os funcionários muito tranquilos e sabem o que falam e fazem.
Pelo serviço que os funcionários prestaram, nota 5.
Pelo atendimento e tratamento, nota 0.
Média 3 pq não tem 2,5 e eu sou manso e humilde de coração.
Bad experience. The bike shop that has nowhere to touch the bike with the store attendant, who apparently is the owner, who only spoke to me to tell me the price and who apparently is the owner, didn’t even give me a good day, but was in high talks with a boyzada who got there.
Very expensive products and the store is really aimed at a very elite public.
Despite the owners, the mechanics are very professional and the employees very calm and know what they say and do.

For the care and treatment, grade 0.
Average 3 pq does not have 2.5 and I am meek and humble of heart.

Deixei a bicicleta para vender já por indicação de outras pessoas que é a loja mais honesta e profissional de Fortaleza! Me sentia inseguro pois não entendia nada do esporte, e não sabia valores da bicicleta.
