I started therapy feeling very lost, anxious, afraid of the new! Psychologist Lorena helped me, in each appointment, to look inside and get to know myself, to understand myself and, above all, to respect myself. I managed to break cycles that just held me back and kept me from feeling good about myself. Today I feel light, happy, and much more resilient.
