Até a pessoa que responde os comentários esta tendo um "Mal dia", deu pra sentir a falta de educação nas resposta. ah e só deixando a dica, os valores se escrevem com ' R$ '. agradeço a todos os comentários que me fizeram nao ligar pra agendar uma consulta.
 I am looking for a dermatologist and thanks to the comments it will not be at this clinic that I will make an appointment. Even the person who responds to the comments is having a "bad day", you could feel the lack of education in the responses. oh and just leaving the tip, the values are written with 'R $'. I thank all the comments that made me not call to schedule an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem profissionais suficientes, é desorganizado, mal possui enfermeiras, fui fazer uma endoscopia, o Médico um senhor ignorante , não espera a medicação agir , não tem auxílio de uma enfermeira, vc fica na sala sozinha com o médico, não fornecem oxigênio, passei super mal, com falta de Ar, não veio uma enfermeira pra me acudir , pra tirar pressão ou dar um auxílio, você paga pra ter um tratamento de SUS.
Não se tratem lá .
You don't have enough professionals, you are disorganized, you barely have nurses, I went for an endoscopy, the doctor was an ignorant gentleman, he didn’t wait for the medication to work, there was no help from a nurse, you were in the room alone with the doctor, they didn’t provide oxygen, I spent super bad, with shortness of breath, a nurse did not come to help me, to take pressure or help, you pay to have a SUS treatment.
Do not treat yourself there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima, fui ontem a clínica para pegar informações e agendar consulta .
Ao chegar, fui atendida por uma funcionária, onde a expressão do rosto era cara feia ,onde fiz perguntas e a mesma com cara feia e sem paciência para atender ,como se tu tivesse pedido algo pra ela ,como se eu não fosse pagar pelo serviços,e mesmo se fosse esse caso .
Passou informações em um panfleto, onde escreveu o DIA ERRADO DA CONSULTA E DO EXAME ,não sabendo disso eu fui hoje pela manhã, larguei as minhas coisas para ir fazer exame e consulta, ao chegar na lá fui informada por outra atendente que o exame e a consulta é na seg,quarta e quinta e não hoje .
Ao mostra o panfleto,onde a outra atendente anotou que seria hoje o dia da consulta ,conversaram entre elas ,e a mesma disse q escreveu errado .
A outra disse eu acredito que ela tenha errado.
Onde a mesma que errou ,disse que escreveu errado mesmo.
Nem se quer para pedir DESCULPA ,nem para olhar pra me e falar ,Sra, eu errei ,desculpa.
Eu ,que larguei tudo em casa para ir fazer o exame ,paguei aplicativo para ir mais rápido.
Não é nem pelo o valor que gastei ,mais pela falta de atenção, consideração ,respeito .
Resumindo ,poder ter até UM PREÇO acessível, MAS NAO UM PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO.
EU NAO IREI MAS NUNCA PISAR NESSA CLINICA !!!
My experience was terrible, I went to the clinic yesterday to get information and schedule an appointment.
Upon arriving, I was attended by an employee, where the expression on her face was frowning, where I asked questions and the same with frown and without patience to answer, as if you had asked her for something, as if I wasn't going to pay for the services , and even if that were the case.
Passed information in a pamphlet, where he wrote the WRONG DAY OF CONSULTATION AND EXAMINATION, not knowing this I went this morning, I left my things to go for the exam and consultation, when I got there I was informed by another attendant that the exam and the consultation is on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and not today.
While showing the pamphlet, where the other attendant noted that today would be the day of the consultation, they talked among themselves, and she said she wrote it wrong.
The other said I believe she was wrong.
Where the same one who got it wrong said he wrote it wrong.
You don't even want to apologize, nor to look at me and talk, Mrs., I was wrong, sorry.
I, who left everything at home to go to the exam, paid for the application to go faster.
It is not even for the amount I spent, but for the lack of attention, consideration, respect.
In short, you can even have an affordable price, but not a terrible service.
I WILL NOT BUT NEVER STEP IN THIS CLINIC !!!

Terrible, results do not come out on schedule, employees are rude, the price is not worth the headache to get the result. Disorganized place, it looks like you're asking for a favor... I don't recommend
