★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Hoje, dia 21 de janeiro de 2021, precisei tirar o CRLV para inventário. Pedi o documento ao atendente, ele me informou que não conseguiria emiti-lo por questões burocráticas e me passou várias informações e procedimentos que eu deveria fazer que não tinha nada haver com o documento que pedi a ele.
Além disso, me informou que o valor do documento era 220,00 reais e não ficaria pronto no mesmo dia. Agradeci e me retirei. Que absurdo!
Procurei outro despachante, também em Ferraz, e encontrei o (ADD despachante), fui muito bem atendida e sai com o documento em mãos em menos de 10 minutos e paguei somente 50,00. O Contad despachante precisa contratar profissionais mais qualificados e que tenha mais empatia com os seus clientes. Não indico os serviços deste despachante. Fica a dica!
Terrible attendance. Today, January 21st, 2021, I needed to take the CRLV for inventory. I asked the attendant for the document, he informed me that he would not be able to issue it due to bureaucratic issues and he gave me various information and procedures that I should do that had nothing to do with the document I asked him for.
In addition, he informed me that the document was worth 220.00 reais and would not be ready on the same day. I thanked him and left. How absurd!
I looked for another dispatcher, also in Ferraz, and found the (ADD dispatcher), I was very well attended and left with the document in less than 10 minutes and paid only 50.00. The Dispatcher Contad needs to hire more qualified professionals who have more empathy with their customers. I do not indicate the services of this dispatcher. Here's the tip!
