Ser rude, mal educado não olhar na sua cara com a desculpa que o paciente está indo lá pegar atestado (o que estou vendo algumas pessoas relatarem aqui) mesmo que isso ocorra não é justificável o horrível atendimento da recepção que finge não ter um público a dar satisfação só ficamos sabendo do que está acontecendo quando vamos reclamar e eles nem pedem desculpas nem nada fala que o PS funciona as 7, mas nao informam que o Dr chega só às 9h (vc so sabe no momento em que vai reclamar) e vc é atendido às 10h. Cheguei minutos antes das 7h. Se fosse para ficar agonizando de dor na cadeira de espera eu ia p/outro lugar mais longe que eu ia ser atendida bem mais rapido. O clínico Dr Ferreira nao olha na sua cara, faz careta, nem interage direito c/o paciente, ninguém merece um atendimento assim. A parte menos ruim foi na sala de medicação mas nao me senti acolhida em nenhum momento.
Para os demais profissionais não tenho o que relatar pois não me atrevi a pisar mais neste lugar mesmo que seja perto de casa, e que atenda meu convênio e mesmo que os outros possam sim ser bons profissionais, tenho medo de arriscar provar

Being rude, rude, not looking in your face with the excuse that the patient is going there to get a certificate (which I'm seeing some people report here) even if this happens, the horrible reception service that pretends not to have an audience is not justifiable. give satisfaction we only know what's happening when we're going to complain and they don't apologize or say that the PS works at 7, but they don't report that the Dr arrives only at 9 am (you only know when you're going to complain) and you is attended at 10am. I arrived minutes before 7am. If I were to be agonizing with pain in the waiting chair I would go to another place farther away that I would be assisted much faster. Clinician Dr Ferreira does not look you in the face, grimaces, or interacts properly with the patient, no one deserves such care. The least bad part was in the medication room but I didn't feel welcomed at any time.
For the other professionals, I have nothing to report because I didn't dare to step further in this place, even if it's close to home, and it meets my health plan and even though others can be good professionals, I'm afraid to risk trying it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente? Vou dar uma estrela pq não tem menos. É inadmissível que este local esteja em funcionamento. Tudo é absurdamente sujo, velho e feio. Só quem já frequentou sabe. Depois que te chamam para a ficha, leva dez minutos para concluir, com você em pé, passando mal ou não. Os médicos as vezes atendem bem, as vezes não. Alguns nem olham na cara. Ah, tem gente atendendo com o carimbo de outro ?... Conheço posto do Sus que é bem melhor. Chega a ser ofensa comparar. Podendo, fujam. Infelizmente nem sempre posso.

Then they call you for the plug, it takes ten minutes to complete, with you standing, sick or not. Doctors sometimes serve well, sometimes not. Some do not look in the face. Oh, there are people serving with the stamp of another ? ... I know put Sus which is better. Enough to compare offense. May flee. Unfortunately I can not always.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca fui, e me arrependo horrores, estou em acompanhamento devido a pontos infeccionados de um acidente, o médico praticamente não olhou, eu questionei aí pediu p enfermeira abrir, aí abriu e disse que mais uma semana pra tirar os pontos mal olhou os medicamentos que estou tomando e disse que estava bem medicada, questionei que precisava de um atestado p justificar para empresa devido o trabalho, ele disse que quem podia me atestar foi quem me deu os pontos, falei nunca vi isso, passei por outros médicos em outra clínica do convênio e ambos olhavam se tivesse que trocar medicação trocava ou se podia tirar ou não e justificar, o mesmo disse que não ia me atestar mesmo estando com pontos eu podia trabalhar, falei o senhor não sabe minha função eu trabalho movimentando a área e ele disse que não podia fazer nada, tudo porque estava desesperado querendo ir embora do plantão, e o pior de tudo que esse lixo de atendimento ainda é descontado do meu salário!

Ferreira , as pessoas tem o costume de julgar as pessoas pela aparência , as vezes que precisei dele sempre fui muito bem atendido , ele é um profissional que não precisa ficar enrolando pra dar um diagnostico , cheguei com meu filho doente , e ele em poucos minutos diagnosticou e enviou para cirurgia e tudo correu muito bem , com minha mãe foi a mesma coisa só em olhar para a perna da minha mãe falou FÊMUR QUEBRADO sem chapa sem nada no hospital foi constatado através de chapas FÊMUR QUEBRADO. PARABÉNS DR. FERREIRA CONTINUE O PROFISSIONAL QUE VC É

Ferreira , people have the habit of judging people by their appearance , the times I needed him I was always very well attended , he is a professional who does not need to stall to give a diagnosis , I arrived with my sick son , and he was in a few minutes diagnosed and sent for surgery and everything went very well, with my mother it was the same thing just looking at my mother's leg said BROKEN FEMUR without a plate without anything in the hospital it was found through plates BROKEN FEMUR. Ele se preocupa em saber se a consulta valeu a pena e se foi resolvido o problema do paciente, uma vez ele ligou em casa ora saber se minha filha tinha melhorado? nunca vou me esquecer grata.
I really like the clinic, even more the doctor José, he is an excellent professional who is committed to the patient.
He cares about whether the consultation was worth it and whether the patient's problem was resolved, once he called home to see if my daughter had improved? I will never forget grateful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesquisei no portal do convênio São Miguel saúde a especialidade de endocrinologista infantil e consta que na clínica Santo Antônio em Ferraz de Vasconcelos tem esse tipo de atendimento por um profissional especializado na área. Liguei, agendei a consulta, me desloquei até lá e ao ser atendida recebi a informação no balcão que o médico que atendia tal especialidade não era formado na área e sim um ginecologista, que “auxiliava” como tal.
Isso é inapropriado, além da falta de respeito por não serem transparentes com o cliente no ato da pesquisa e agendamento, foge totalmente da ética, um profissional que não é apto para atender nessa especialidade, atuar como se fosse.
Achei horrível o atendimento do lugar, a estrutura e a falta de compromisso para com o cliente, onde tive que perder tempo indo até o local para receber a informação correta.
Minha primeira e última experiência no local foi PÉSSIMA!!!

I searched the portal of the São Miguel health agreement for the specialty of child endocrinologist and it appears that the Santo Antônio clinic in Ferraz de Vasconcelos has this type of service by a professional specialized in the area. I called, scheduled the appointment, went there and when I was attended to, I received information at the counter that the doctor who treated this specialty was not trained in the area, but a gynecologist, who “assisted” as such.
This is inappropriate, in addition to the lack of respect for not being transparent with the client in the act of research and scheduling, it is totally unethical, a professional who is not able to serve in this specialty, act as if it were.
I found the service of the place horrible, the structure and the lack of commitment to the customer, where I had to waste time going to the place to receive the correct information.
My first and last experience at the place was TERRIBLE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei nem como avaliar, primeiro que o local é horrível sujo sem nenhuma estrutura para um atendimento de convênio até o SUS tem uma aparência melhor, mas bem a esperança que o atendimento médico superasse tudo isso, foi a pior experiência, médico mal educado a começar desrespeitando a recepcionista. Fui para passar com a especialidade gastro depois do atendimento lixo descobri que era clinico. onde o homem José Carlos esse foi o nome que me passaram como sendo do profissional.... como um ser daqueles tem coragem de cobrar por uma consulta. Estou indignada com o mal atendimento, fui com a endoscopia para o gastro avaliar o exame e não tive nenhuma informação.

I went to spend with the gastro specialty after the rubbish service I found out it was a clinic. where the man José Carlos was the name given to me as being the professional... as one of those beings has the courage to charge for a consultation. I am outraged at the poor service, I went with the endoscopy for the gastro to evaluate the exam and I had no information.
