★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratarei o transporte de uma cama Queen. O horário acordado era 9, chegaram às 10. Entregaram no destino às 14 (zona sul - zona norte). Colchão e baú rasgados e sujos. Eles disseram que 'é o risco que se corre' quando transporta sem embalagem. Não me foi oferecida nenhuma proteção. A responsabilidade pela integridade do que se transposta é da transportadora, isso é responsabilidade civil.
I will arrange transport for a Queen bed. The agreed time was 9, they arrived at 10. They delivered at their destination at 14 (south zone - north zone). Torn and dirty mattress and chest. They said that 'it's the risk you run' when it's transported unpackaged. I was not offered any protection. The responsibility for the integrity of what is transposed rests with the carrier, this is civil liability.

We love the service from this company. We did two jobs with them. Easy payment method. They were very quick in service and in providing service. They provide the boxes, and protect the furniture with blankets and bubble wrap. They are very polite and considerate. They helped to pack and fit my daughter's objects and toys. We recommend this company.
