Não tem nem vergonha de citar prazos e não cumpri-los. Data atual da reclamação 19/07/21. Ao Sr. Administrador, na gravação falo correto o número de contato de final 1658. Você troca de propósito para passar uma imagem positiva, o que para eu, é falsa.
De acordo com as imagens, a mercadoria ainda nem saiu de São Paulo. Se deu entrada dia 5 como consta no site, com 15 dias úteis não chega ao dia 29/07 como informam pelo telefone. Escute a gravação novamente por favor. Não tenho porque mentir, mas pelo visto você não se preocupa com sua reputação.
NÃO fechem serviço com essa DITA "EMPRESA".
