 The attendants are polite, quick in the service and efficient I ONLY passed by but some relatives and friends of mine like to use gasoline THERE because it is reliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aceitaram o Shell box só que na hora de fazer o pagamento exigiram o mesmo em dinheiro. Um absurdo...todos outros da rede nenhum me exigiu o mesmo. Total falta de respeito.
They accepted the Shell box, but when making the payment, they demanded it in cash. An absurd... none of the others in the network demanded the same from me. Total lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por culpa do aplicativo Shell Box ser horrível e não estar conseguindo cadastrar meu cartão VISA Infinite. (Nos outros apps cadastrei normal) o atendente RAFAEL se recusou a passar o DESCONTO do Shell Box no crédito, dando o desconto APENAS se o pagamento fosse em dinheiro. Mas no app eu passaria no crédito e daria o desconto mesma coisa! E nos Shell de Capivari e Piracicaba sempre passei no crédito e sempre deram o desconto.
Because of the Shell Box application being horrible and not being able to register my VISA Infinite card. (In the other apps I registered as normal) the attendant RAFAEL refused to pass the Shell Box DISCOUNT on the credit, giving the discount ONLY if the payment was made in cash. But in the app I would use the credit and give the same discount! And at Shells in Capivari and Piracicaba I always got credit and they always gave the discount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além de você precisar descer do veículo e ir até a conveniência para efetuar o pagamento no cartão, os preços são um dos mais altos da cidade.
Isso deveria ser proibido. Tenho que deixar o carro 'abandonado' no local para ir pagar porque simplesmente não podem levar a maquininha até o carro.
In addition to having to get out of the vehicle and go to the convenience store to pay with the card, the prices are one of the highest in the city.
This should be banned. I have to leave the car 'abandoned' in place to pay because they simply cannot take the machine to the car.

Tivemos que descer do carro pra chamar alguém pra nós atender e pra tirar a bomba do carro e tivemos que descer pra pagar. Simplesmente horrível o atendimento
Look, if I were a person with no character, I would simply have left without paying. The gas station attendants leave their car filling up and simply disappear. We had to get out of the car to call someone to answer us and to remove the pump from the car and we had to get out to pay. Simply horrible service
