 It's the second time I've been staying at the hostel,,I love the cozy atmosphere, Natalia is a beautiful darling, she makes us feel very comfortable...Besides, staying in a hostel is making friends Especially if you're traveling alone. ..
And not to mention the view from the hostel to the sea...
Everything wonderful, super indicate
And I'll definitely come back as often as I need to
Then I feel like family...'

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilizei o espaço para uma reunião e fiquei decepcionado na hora de pagar, me senti enganado e lesado.
Previamente via whats app fui informado do valor, atrativo de fato (R$ 30,00 por 4 horas) porém justo devido a simplória estrutura oferecida (mesas e cadeiras de madeira e sinal de wi-fi)
Porém ao pagar fui informado que a cobrança era por pessoa (nunca vi isso em coworkings), como estávamos em 3 o valor mudou significativamente (R$ 102,00).
Porém em nenhum momento essa informação foi fornecida, inclusive com registro da conversa em whats app atestando a ausência dessa informação, ainda assim a gerência manteve a cobrança, não assumindo o erro e ainda questionando de forma muito desagradável quantas pessoas haviam trabalhado, obviamente que estávamos todos ali a trabalho.
Como morador conheço o hostel desde sua inauguração e foi a primeira vez e última que utilizei o espaço para trabalho, não irei recomendar e tão pouco retornar para uso.
I used the space for a meeting and was disappointed when paying, I felt cheated and cheated.
Previously via whats app I was informed of the value, attractive indeed (R$ 30.00 for 4 hours) but fair due to the simple structure offered (wooden tables and chairs and wi-fi signal)
However, when paying, I was informed that the charge was per person (I have never seen this in coworkings), as we were in 3, the value changed significantly (R$ 102.00).
However, at no time was this information provided, including a record of the conversation in whats app attesting to the absence of this information, even so the management kept charging, not accepting the error and still questioning very unpleasantly how many people had worked, obviously we were all there at work.
As a resident I know the hostel since its opening and it was the first and last time that I used the space for work, I will not recommend it, nor will I return to use it.

The hostel is well located in the center where you have everything and another beach front to have breakfast with a view to the sea very good, it has a good structure, comfortable beds the cleaning is top people who work good vibes Iza and Fernando and packers too. I'm suspicious of saying that I'm already on my fourth ticket and I'll be back later. Napraia hostel ???????

I loved getting to know the place it's simple, cozy, clean comfortable room the Internet is very good happy environment with thoughtful people who are happy with life and high spirits I loved it I didn't know Hostel it was my first experience and I'm so happy it was wonderful " I went although I want to stay and I'm sure I'll be back soon ? " ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só usei o espaço de Co-working, por isso minha avaliação é relacionada apenas a isso. Paguei 30 reais por 4 horas, basicamente meia diária. O espaço nada mais é do que algumas mesas na área de convivência e um espaço mais reservado no mesanino, que era escuro e sem ventilação/climatização.
I only used the Co-working space, so my review is related only to that. I paid 30 reais for 4 hours, basically half a day. The space is nothing more than a few tables in the living area and a more reserved space in the mezzanine, which was dark and without ventilation/air conditioning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente lindo, de frente pro mar. Hostel bem estruturado. Staff excelente. Tudo limpo e organizado. Vale a pena cada minuto vivido nesse lugar incrível!!!
Beautiful setting, facing the sea. Well structured hostel. Excellent staff. Everything clean and organized. It's worth every minute spent in this amazing place!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an awesome hostel with so many lovely little details that made our stay super enjoyable: exit to beach and streetside; wifi that works, lockers with keys are provided in each room for every guest and they even have hooks inside in order to hang some of your stuff; the bathroom is spacious and even has a clothes rack so you can hang your clothes while you shower; the hand towel is fresh every day; there is a small area to manually wash and hang your clothes; fully equipped kitchen; coffee for free every day; ice in the freezer; super nice common area with sofas and hammock and outside area looking towards the beach and last but not least - the amazing staff! It´s a family-run hostel and also all of the helpers are super welcoming, sharing their experiences and advice. Definitely recommend staying there if you come to Ubatuba!!!
