â â â â â Marquei uma consulta para o dia 25 de julho com o Dr. Marcos Cunha ( foi marcada com mais de um mĂȘs de antecedĂȘncia), porĂ©m no dia da consulta fui surpreendida pela secretĂĄria dele dizendo que eu nĂŁo estava marcada para aquele dia e nem aquele horĂĄrio, e que portanto o que ela poderia fazer seria um reagendamento(o que significaria mais de um mĂȘs de espera), quando questionei que o erro nĂŁo havia sido meu, ela disse que nĂŁo poderia fazer nada. Eu esperava portanto " mais profissionalismo, delicadeza no atendimento no mĂnimo eu esperada uma desculpa, houve um equĂvoco, vou tentar conversar com o dr. para ver se ele tem como fazer um encaixe ou atendĂȘ-la mais tarde" ou algo parecido, penso que eu teria a capacidade para entender que erros acontecem, mas o descaso foi muito grande. As vezes precisamos nos colocar no lugar do outro para nĂŁo sermos tĂŁo rude. Diante desta situação fiquei nervosa e saĂ dizendo que procuraria outro mĂ©dico. PorĂ©m, ao sair pensei...preciso falar com este mĂ©dico , tenho certeza que ele terĂĄ outra postura, pois muitas vezes acontecem de sermos mal tratados por profissionais desqualificados e o mĂ©dico ou "patrĂŁo " nĂŁo fica nem sabendo. Retornei e falei com a secretĂĄria que precisaria falar com o dr. , ela disse que ele estaria em atendimento, eu disse que esperava, quando chegou outra secretĂĄria que me insultou de vĂĄrias formas, porque eu estava nervosa ( como nĂŁo ficar diante desta situação) ao invĂ©s dela tentar me acalmar, me disse que eu nĂŁo estava na minha casa e que ia chamar a polĂcia, ora... chamar a polĂcia foi um pouco demais pra mim, ela conseguiu me deixar mais nervosa. Como em todo lugar existem pessoas boas e profissionais capacitados tive o privilĂ©gio de ser abordada por um enfermeiro AntĂŽnio de outro mĂ©dico ( dr. Jorge), que me chamou para entrar numa sala, sentar, pegou um copo de ĂĄgua e me serviu pediu que eu me acalmasse , que me entendia, que iria tentar ajudar, conversando com os mĂ©dicos numa tentativa de eu nĂŁo sair dali sem a consulta tĂŁo esperada. PorĂ©m foi inĂștil o dr. Marcos Cunha ficou sabendo da situação e mesmo assim nĂŁo quis me atender. Com esta postura eu nĂŁo tinha mais nada para fazer naquele local, um mĂ©dico desumano Ă© tudo que eu nĂŁo estava precisando naquele momento. Obrigada AntĂŽnio, saiba que vocĂȘ Ă© mais que um profissional Ă© um ser humano diferente, sucesso em sua trajetĂłria, saiba que vocĂȘ faz a diferença na vida das pessoas, ParabĂ©ns dr. Jorge por ter um profissional tĂŁo capacitado!!! Aos demais deixo apenas algumas palavras...vocĂȘs perderam a oportunidade de serem pessoas melhores.
I made an appointment for the 25th of July with Dr. Marcos Cunha (it was scheduled more than a month in advance), however on the day of the appointment I was surprised by his secretary saying that I was not scheduled for that day and that time , and therefore what she could do would be a rescheduling (which would mean more than a month of waiting), when I questioned that the mistake had not been mine, she said she could not do anything. I therefore expected "more professionalism, gentleness in service, at least I expected an excuse, there was a mistake, I'll try to talk to the doctor to see if he has a way to make a fitting or attend to it later" or something like that, I think that I would have the capacity to understand what mistakes happen, but the neglect was very great. Sometimes we need to put ourselves in the other's shoes in order not to be so rude. Faced with this situation, I got nervous and left saying that I would look for another doctor. However, when I left I thought ... I need to talk to this doctor, I'm sure he will have another attitude, because many times we happen to be treated badly by unqualified professionals and the doctor or "boss" doesn't even know. I returned and spoke to the secretary that I would need to speak with dr. , she said he would be in attendance, I said I was waiting, when another secretary arrived who insulted me in various ways, because I was nervous (how not to face this situation) instead of her trying to calm me down, she told me that I was not at my house and I was going to call the police, why ... calling the police was a bit much for me, she managed to make me more nervous. As there are good people and trained professionals everywhere, I had the privilege of being approached by a nurse Antonio from another doctor (Dr. Jorge), who called me to enter a room, sit down, took a glass of water and served me. calm me down, that I understood, that I would try to help, talking to the doctors in an attempt to not leave without the long-awaited consultation. However, dr. Marcos Cunha found out about the situation and still didn't want to see me. With this attitude I had nothing else to do in that place, an inhuman doctor is everything I did not need at that time. Thanks AntĂŽnio, know that you are more than a professional, you are a different human being, success in your trajectory, know that you make a difference in people's lives, Congratulations dr. Jorge for having such a qualified professional !!! To the rest I leave just a few words ... you missed the opportunity to be better people.
