★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom, mas fui por estar com incômodo nos olhos e continuo com ele (não me passaram um colírio, nada pra aliviar o incomodo). A sensação é de perda de tempo.
The service is good, but I went because I had discomfort in my eyes and I continue with it (they didn't give me eye drops, nothing to alleviate the discomfort). It feels like a waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica vazia e equipe fica demorando no atendimento, no período de pandemia, que turma deveria ser mais eficiente. Fica aglomerado paciente na salinha de espera. A qualidade não pode ser só no prédio, tem que ser em tudo.
The clinic is empty and the team takes too long to attend, during the pandemic period, which class should be more efficient. He is patiently crowded in the waiting room. Quality cannot be just in the building, it has to be in everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peca nos agendamento de atendimento , nunca atende no horário marcado. Sempre o atendimento e feito muito tempo depois do horário marcado. Ou seja não existe agenda e prevalece à ordem de chegada,por este motivo sempre tenho poblema com meus compromissos no dia que tenho que ir nesta clinica.
E isso e péssimo.
Ask for an appointment, never answer at the scheduled time. Always the service is done long after the scheduled time. In other words, there is no agenda and the order of arrival prevails, for this reason I always have a problem with my appointments on the day I have to go to this clinic.
And that sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento, todos muito educados. No dia em que fui deu para ver que os recepcionistas e os médicos estavam sobrecarregados, mas o atendimento foi relativamente rápido. Por algum motivo só há médicos e recepcionistas homens. Não sei o critério de contratação, nem se a oftamologia é predominantemente masculina, apenas sei que quem é de fora se sente em uma casa da República dos "homens brancos" rsrsrs.
Great service, all very polite. The day I went I could see that the receptionists and doctors were overloaded, but the service was relatively quick. For some reason there are only male doctors and receptionists. I don't know the hiring criteria, nor if ophthalmology is predominantly male, I just know that outsiders feel in a house in the Republic of "white men" lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica é bem localizada, a arquitetura é bonita, mas as pessoas que trabalham na clínica não são educadas. São frias e secas em suas respostas. É impossível marcar uma consulta ou exame por meio telefônico, pois não atendem. Tentei pelo watts app e a demora é gigante. Então o jeito foi ir pessoalmente à clínica agendar uma consulta. Os atendentes não são simpáticos e te tratam friamente.
