Apos eu e meu amigo aceitarmos o tratamento e pagar por ele, ilogo meu amigo sofreu acidente de moto e perdemos uma consulta, ao pedir pra remarcar a atendente disse que era por ordem de chegada, então chegamos as 14h e o horário dele havia sido agendado às 13h e o meu estava marcado pra 15h. Fui reclamar com Dr Rafael, e o mesmo muito arrogante disse que não era apenas o responsável, que era o dono!! Eu tentando explicar (achando q estava ajudando)q a atendente errou e q poderia atrapalhar ainda mais seu negócio, ele mandou chamar segurança pra nos colocar pra fora. No dia da outra consulta, 21/7 ela dentro da sala do dentista me mandou calar a boca e ordenou ao dr Danilo que não me atendesse. NAO FAÇO QUESTAO DE SER ATENDIDA NUM LUGAR ONDE DIARIAMENTE TEM BARRACO. MAS PEDI MEU DINHEIRO DE VOLTA E ELE QUE ME TIROU DA CADEIRA NO MOMENTO DO ATENDIMENTO, E IMPEDIU DE CONTINUAR O TRATAMENTO NAO QUIS CANCELAR O CONTRATO E NEM DEVOLVER MEU DINHEIRO.
 Terrible attendance!! After my friend and I accepted the treatment and paid for it, I mean my friend suffered a motorcycle accident and we missed an appointment, when asking to reschedule the attendant said it was on a first-come, first-served basis, so we arrived at 2 pm and his time had been scheduled at 1 pm and mine was scheduled for 3 pm. I went to complain to Dr Rafael, and the very arrogant said that he was not only responsible, he was the owner !! Me trying to explain (thinking I was helping) q the attendant was wrong and q could hinder his business even more, he sent for security to get us out. On the day of the other appointment, 7/21 she inside the dentist's office told me to shut up and ordered Dr. Danilo not to see me. I DO NOT ASK TO BE SERVED IN A PLACE WHERE THE DAY HAS A DAY. BUT I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND HE DID TAKE ME FROM THE CHAIR AT THE TIME OF ATTENDANCE, AND PREVENTED TO CONTINUE THE TREATMENT I DIDN'T WANT TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT AND NEVER RETURN MY MONEY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recentemente meu pai fez uma avaliação no COP de são mateus, com o Dr. Roberto no valor de 1.670 sendo assim meu pai pagou o valor de 300 reais no débito e o restante no cartão de crédito em 8x, porém no decorrer do tratamento, o serviço não foi correspondente ao que esperávamos, e decidimos ir em outro profissional para uma segunda opinião, na qual foi totalmente diferente, o Dr. Roberto fez uma avaliação de 5 min no meu pai, o segundo Dr., pediu um raio x, para uma avaliação profunda, pois meu pai já possui perda dentaria, decidimos então ir a COP e fazer o cancelamento do restante do procedimento porém foi falado que não vão dar o valor do dinheiro que não foi usado em procedimento nenhum, isso é um absurdo estamos pagando por algo que não será mais feito, exigimos falar com o dono da clínica pois a gerente não resolveu NADA, e nos disseram e não podíamos, que ela era a unica responsável, UM ABSURDO, NÃO CONFIEM NESSE LOCAL, vamos entrar com uma ação judicial contra esse local, mas enquanto isso meu pai tem que passar dor nos dentes, pois não pode usar o cartão para ir em outro médico enquanto eles não fizerem o estorno no cartão dele, se algum responsável superior ler essa mensagem, pedimos que entre em contato conosco. Ao Dono da clínica, espero um pouco mais de consideração com seus clientes, que fazem a clínica se manter em pé. NÃO VÃO A ESSE LOCAL.
Recently my father made an evaluation at the COP of são mateus, with Dr. Roberto in the amount of 1,670, so my father paid the amount of 300 reais in debit and the rest on his credit card in 8x, but during the treatment, the service was not what we expected, and we decided to go to another professional for a second opinion, in which it was totally different, Dr. Roberto did a 5 min evaluation on my father, the second Dr. a deep evaluation, because my father already has tooth loss, we decided to go to COP and cancel the rest of the procedure but it was said that they will not give the money that was not used in any procedure, this is absurd we are paying for something that will no longer be done, we demand to speak with the owner of the clinic because the manager did not solve ANYTHING, and we were told and we could not, that she was the only one responsible, AN ABSURD, DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE, we will file a lawsuit against that location but meanwhile my father has to suffer from pain in his teeth, as he cannot use the card to go to another doctor until they have reversed his card, if someone in charge reads this message, we ask that you contact us. To the owner of the clinic, I expect a little more consideration with his clients, who keep the clinic standing. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiencia na COP São Mateus odontologia esta sendo uma das mais horriveis de minha vida ,a primeira vez extrai o siso ficou um pedaço de dente por mal proficionalismo disseram que nao era osso ou dente ,mas era dente sim ,fui da segunda vez agora ha vinte te dias atras extrai outro siso gente estou com dor de ouvido ,de cabeça, no maxilar ,nao durmo nao como direitos ja tomai mais de 6 dipirona em liquido e nao resolve meus nervos doem ,voltei la uma das doutoras me cobrou 150 reais a mais para retirar um mal procedimento dizendo que era eu o cupado e com muito sarcasmo ela dice que eu (Teria Feito gargarejo com com pó de cafe vinagre ou sei la oque mais) verdadeiro desrespeito parecia que eles costurarão minha Buchecha tudo junto ,durante estes vinte dias so dor ate este exato momento descaso desrespeito com o cliente depois de ter pago pela segunda vez por mal procedimento ,eu nao intendo de procefimento de dentista mas parece que tem pedacos de dente por isso que nao sicatrisa estou sofrendo muito ,eu irei reclamar em um orgao chamado CROP e la que devemos denuciar estes incopetentes e todos que estao e forao lesados procurar a justica .
My experience at COP São Mateus dentistry is being one of the most horrible of my life , the first time I extract the wisdom there was a piece of tooth due to poor professionalism they said it was not bone or tooth , but it was a tooth yes , I went the second time now ha twenty days ago, extract another wisdom, I have an earache, headache, jaw, I don't sleep, I don't sleep, I've already taken more than 6 dipyrone in liquid and it doesn't solve my nerves ache, I went back there, one of the doctors charged me 150 reais more to remove a bad procedure saying that I was the occupied one and with a lot of sarcasm she says that I (would have gargled with coffee powder vinegar or whatever) true disrespect seemed to sew my cheek all together during these twenty days only pain until this exact moment neglect of disrespect with the client after having paid for the second time for a bad procedure , i do not intend to do a dental procedure but it seems that there are pieces of tooth for that I'm not suffering a lot, I'm going to complain in an organization called CROP and there that we must denounce these incompetents and all who are injured and seek justice.
