Os doutores, nem sei oq dizer.... Super compreensivos, me trataram super bem, do início ao fim.
Super attentive receptionists, they stayed with my daughter while I went to the appointment.

Telefone não existe..marcam e não está marcado quando chega lá pra consulta..sem contar que onde já se viu vc fazer um canal..colocar curativo..e só fechar dali um mês!!!???Porque é isso que demora um retorno!
Higiene duvidosa ...não vemos troca de luvas e mexem no celular.. com as mesmas ..colocando a mão na nossa boca depois.
Não recomendo a ninguém...pode ser que particular eles tratem as pessoas melhores..mas por convenio ...esquece!!Açougue Mateo Bei...Profissionalismo zero!!?Dr Samantha..grossa ,arrogante e mal educada!!
If I could give zero I would give it a thousand times.
Phone doesn't exist..they make an appointment and it's not scheduled when you get there for the appointment..not to mention that where you've already seen you make a channel..put a bandage..and only close in a month!!!???Because that's what it takes a return!
Doubtful hygiene ... we don't see a change of gloves and they touch the cell phone .. with the same .. putting their hand in our mouth afterwards.
I don't recommend it to anyone...it may be that privately they treat people better..but by agreement...forget it!!Butcher Mateo Bei...Zero professionalism!!?Dr Samantha..thick, arrogant and rude!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Eu e meu marido fomos procurar a clínica para colocar aparelho, informamos que poderíamos ir somente em sábados, eles falaram que ficam aberto até as 16:00 como está aí !
Sempre quando vou marca falam que o último horário é às 14:30 sendo que trabalho até as 14:00, a doutora reclama falando para vim mais cedo ou na semana ( detalhe eu não atraso)
As recepcionista não sei oque fazem lá, pq nem si quer marcam retorno só cobram a manutenção e pronto

Terrible attendance! My husband and I went to look for the clinic to get braces, we informed them that we could only go on Saturdays, they said they are open until 4:00 pm as it is!
Whenever I go to make an appointment, they say that the last time is at 2:30 pm and I work until 2:00 pm, the doctor complains saying to come earlier or in the week (detail, I do not delay)
The receptionists don't know what they do there, because they don't even want to schedule a return, they just charge for maintenance and that's it

Iniciei em Dezembro com ela de um canal a mesma acessou o dente e não finalizou,marcando o retorno p 1 mês após,nesse meio tempo o curativo caiu É comecei a sentir dores. Dia 14/02 consegui um encaixe ,chegando na clínica passei com outra médica, pois a a Dra Samanta não estava. A Dra. Que me atendeu fez um curativo ,dizendo que o dente estava infecconado e sugeriu que marcasse retorno com minha médica com urgência ! Consegui então um encaixe ,a Dra Samanta se negou a acessar o dente e marcou uma consulta só p dia 7 de março, fiquei revoltada e estou com o dente aberto com secreção purulenta na gengiva e é falei o trabalho, pois ela não passou si quer uma medicação para infecção e se negou a me dar até uma declaração de horas. Estou tomando as medidas cabíveis. Me sentindo humilhada.
Bad experience with Dr. Samanta Giustt. I started in December with her from a canal, she accessed the tooth and didn't finish, scheduling the return for 1 month later, in the meantime the bandage fell off And I started to feel pain. On 02/14 I got a fitting, when I arrived at the clinic I went with another doctor, because Dr Samanta was not there. The Dr. who attended me made a bandage, saying that the tooth was infected and suggested that I make an appointment with my doctor urgently! So I got a fitting, Dr Samanta refused to access the tooth and made an appointment only for March 7th, I was angry and I have an open tooth with purulent secretion on the gum and I said the work, because she didn't pass if you want an infection medication and refused to even give me a statement of hours. I'm taking appropriate measures. Feeling humiliated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero fala a minha indignação com a demora no atendimento, você fica 1h para ser atendida mesmo com a consulta marcada ainda tem que esperar mais 1h. Além do mais para agenda a consulta demora mais de 30 dias nunca para uma data muito próxima. Dia 24/02 retornei com a Dr Samantha já havia feito a consulta do que seria necessário fazer em dezembro e a mesma informou que precisava reagendar uma segunda consulta do q seria necessário fazer. Muito difícil conseguir fala no Whatsapp ou telefone da clínica e quando consegue é mal atendida. As doutoras ficam tempo todo encostada mexendo no celular com luvas e nao vejo trocando. Última vez reuniram todas(inclusive a Dr Samantha ) no balcão para compra brigadeiro de um vendedor que apareceu na clínica e as mesma com luvas. Já tinha atrasado 30 min da minha consulta

On the 24/02 I returned with Dr Samantha who had already made the consultation of what would be necessary to do in December and she informed that she needed to reschedule a second consultation of what would be necessary to do. It is very difficult to talk on Whatsapp or the clinic phone and when you do, you are poorly attended. The doctors are all the time leaning against the cell phone with gloves and I don't see them changing. Last time they all gathered (including Dr Samantha) at the counter to buy brigadeiro from a seller who showed up at the clinic and the same with gloves. I was already 30 minutes late for my appointment.
