★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os comissários são educados, e os colaboradores em geral também, porém a companhia tem oferecido um serviço de bordo ruim!! Lanches ruins, e bebidas limitadas, nem oferecem mais bebidas alcoólicas em voos internacionais!
 The flight attendants are polite, and the employees in general too, but the company has been offering a bad in-flight service!! Bad snacks, and limited drinks, they don't even offer alcohol on international flights anymore!

Worst airline I've ever been on! It even lost to avianca that didn't even serve me water!
Cold snack, really freezing, woman went wrong was from covid, flight of terror!!! Is expensive!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't fly Copa. Bought ticket but they didn't send it. Good luck trying to get in touch with them. Just shortly here so I don't have local SIM and they ONLY accept calls. And if you call, they say they are very busy and you have to wait a long time. Yes, if you take customers money and don't deliver, they call if that's the only option, what a surprise!
Avoid this airline!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I echo the person who wrote 10 months ago. Do not fly Copa. I fly Business and the fact that I couldn't get through on the phone to change my flight (why is this not on the web?!) for literally an hour, only to get the person who talked to me to say the system wasn't making any changes is baffling to say the least. The planes are also incredibly old and not worth the high price tag for such subpar service. Run!
