★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu sofá ficou desbotado após a limpeza mesmo seguindo as instruções de não tocar por pelo menos 8hs depois da realização do serviço. O método de limpeza não foi adequado ao tecido e agora não tem mais o que fazer. A primeira foto mostra o antes e a segunda o depois da limpeza. Na primeira foto a iluminação do antigo imóvel atrapalha um pouco a comparação. Além de desbotado o sofá não ficou cheiroso. Os funcionários que vieram realizar o serviço só estavam preocupados em terminar o mais rápido possível e tinham pouca preocupação com os móveis.
My sofa was faded after cleaning even following the instructions not to touch it for at least 8 hours after the service was performed. The cleaning method was not suitable for the fabric and now there is nothing else to do. The first photo shows the before and the second the after cleaning. In the first photo the lighting of the old property hinders the comparison a little. In addition to being faded, the sofa did not smell. The employees who came to do the work were only concerned with finishing as quickly as possible and had little concern for the furniture.
