★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That’s the best hotel in Brazil and one of the best in the world. Service is very good and the food at Pérgula restaurant has improved a lot. My only criticism is that we couldn’t order Japanese food (Mee restaurant) in our apartment as we had a beautiful dinning room with amazing views we didn’t want to eat indoors, so we had to order it from different Japanese restaurant in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is lovely. Right in the right place if you want a walk around the beach. The staff are all very friendly and the facility are amazing you've got a bar pool and lots of sunbeds if you just want to chill by the pool. All in all this is a top hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most beautiful places I have ever been to. Highly competent stuff with wonderful manners and good style. This hotel was the first of its kind at Copacabana beach and around the hotel - can dentist recommend the in-house restaurant close to the beautiful pool!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a gorgeous hotel! The staff is excellent as expected for a Belmond property. Classic architecture and a fantastic location in Copacabana.
The drinks are strong, craft cocktails are excellent. The food is delightful. They even made an off menu dish!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great stay. Beautiful hotel with a few good dining options. Very cool tennis court on 3rd level. Rates changed a lot so we lost out by booking early. Staff was very helpful. Area is crowded and loud outside. Felt safe enough for us but we were warned about people stealing phones. Felt like good value. Breakfast was great and it is in a good location. Our room was large.
