Retornei a Copacell no dia 03/09/2021com minha avó, dessa vez fomos muito bem atendidos pelo Stefano. Compramos um iPhone X, muito bom! o aparelho até agora funcionando bem, deu um probleminha com a bateria inicialmente(aparecia que a bateria estava degradada) como ainda estava na garantia, me pediram para retornar na loja e trocaram a bateria. Dica: aconselho a comprar um carregador por indução quem também tem o aparelho funciona muito bem, comprei um da Samsung (Wireless Charger PAD) no Centro(no edifício central) a loja fica no segundo andar (sobreloja 230) Livraria Ciência Moderna carregador é original, é melhor do que comprar carregadores piratas.
02/09/2021 Equipe excelente e recepcionista também. Só não gostei muito do atendimento da vendedora; não soube vender o produto. Eu fui só para ver o celular e queria voltar no dia seguinte para comprar com minha avó. A moça que me atendeu ficou impulsionado para que comprasse na hora; até tentei passar o cartão mas errei a senha na hora.isso tudo porque era a última peça... mesmo eu tendo visita agendada. antes de apresentar o produto ela ainda falou assim: só temos essa peça disponível, e em outro momento, disse: "perdi uma venda hoje de manhã por conta do senhor".
Entendo que se tratava da última peça que tem outros clientes também interessados; mas Odeio comprar uma coisa sob pressão de um vendedor(isso é péssimo para qualquer empresa), gosto de avaliar com calma antes de comprar tanto que o aparelho por mais que esteja em bom estado tenha 100% de bateria não se trata de um aparelho novo(lacrado). A vendedora poderia ter agido de forma diferente. Eu nem sabia como estava a vida util da bateria( na mensagem da empresa só informavam que a vida útil poderia estar entre 87% a 100%) e se for para comprar um celular com 87% de vida útil com menos desempenho prefiro esperar mais e comprar 11/ 12 posteriormente , não podia enviar foto do produto porque estava guardado no estoque. Tive que ir na loja ver como está o aparelho.
Minha avó que me indicou e comprou na loja, ficou também agoniada com a pressão do vendedora, pediu para vir para casa para voltar no outro dia com ela.
Ela mês passado comprou o mesmo modelo, mas com um pouco menos de armarzenamento.

02/09/2021 Excellent team and receptionist too. I just didn't like the seller's service; did not know how to sell the product. I just went to check my cell phone and wanted to come back the next day to shop with my grandmother. The girl who attended me was urged to buy on the spot; I even tried to swipe the card but I got the password wrong right away. This was all because it was the last piece... even though I had a scheduled visit. before presenting the product, she still said: we only have this part available, and at another time, she said: "I lost a sale this morning because of you".
I understand that it was the last piece that has other customers also interested; but I hate to buy something under pressure from a seller (this is terrible for any company), I like to calmly evaluate before buying so much that the device, even if it is in good condition, has 100% battery life, it is not a new device (sealed). The seller could have acted differently. I didn't even know how the battery life was (in the message from the company they only informed that the useful life could be between 87% to 100%) and if I'm buying a cell phone with 87% of life with less performance I prefer to wait longer and buy 11/12 later, could not send product photo because it was stored in stock. I had to go to the store to see how the device is.
My grandmother, who recommended me and bought it at the store, was also distressed by the pressure of the seller, asked to come home to come back the next day with her.
She last month bought the same model, but with a little less storage.

The venue has 1 unisex bathroom, a TV and a drinking fountain. It is possible to purchase iPhone of good origin, in addition to cell phone cases. The subway station of Siqueira Campos leaves closest to the place.
