Só porque olhei no relógio de pulso.....uma estrela só porque ele abriu a porta para eu sair, quando se levantou e me conduziu para fora....genteeeee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nenhuma estrela deveria dar. Comprei meu colchão à um ano e um mês na Copel de Mogi das Cruzes. Fiquei satisfeita com o serviço dentro da loja e a entrega foi super bem feita, até o momento que tive um problema. Meu colchão, que não foi nada barato, pago em 10X com muito esforço, ficou mole depois de 11 meses, no começo achei que era coisa da minha cabeça, até eu começar a ter muitas dores na coluna, quadril e pernas (sou jovem, tenho 30 anos), aí que entendi que o problema era o colchão. Alguns dias passados do 1º ano de garantia e perdi total a chance de trocar o colchão ou ao menos ter uma assistência. Entendo completamente que passou meu prazo de garantia, mas essa marca Epeda (modelo: blues lyon blanc visco ptin) não dá nem garantia por ela mesma, de tão ruim que é, portanto, fiquem atentos à garantia e se a marca é de qualidade e te dá uma garantia estendida, porque você comprar um colchão que deveria durar cinco anos e ele não durar nem um, coisa boa não é. Me decepciona que uma loja boa como a Copel vendam um produto que não se importa com seu cliente.

I was satisfied with the service inside the store and the delivery was very well done, until the moment I had a problem. My mattress, which was not cheap, paid 10X with a lot of effort, went limp after 11 months, at first I thought it was something in my head, until I started to have a lot of pain in the spine, hip and legs (I'm young, I'm 30), then I understood that the problem was the mattress. A few days after the first year of warranty and I totally missed the chance to change the mattress or at least have an assistance. I completely understand that my warranty period has passed, but this Epeda brand (model: blues lyon blanc visco ptin) gives neither warranty by itself, so bad that it is, so be aware of the warranty and if the brand is of quality and It gives you an extended warranty, because you buy a mattress that should last five years and it doesn't last one, good thing is not. It disappoints me that a good store like Copel sells a product that doesn't care about its customer.
