★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CUIDADO quando forem tentar alugar um imóvel através dessa imobiliária, a corretora é extremamente sem comprometimento com o processo. Visitei o imóvel, enviei todos os documentos solicitados, e fui orientada a esperar. Esperei 1 semana por uma resposta e após entrar em contato várias vezes para tentar entender "em que pé estava", recebi uma mensagem dizendo que o imóvel já havia sido locado para outra pessoa. Detalhe: até hoje o imóvel aparece como disponível para locação!
A corretora me deixou apreensiva o tempo inteiro e as informações que ela passava eram desencontradas!
Tentei contato com o proprietário da Copette Imóveis para tentar entender os passos que foram tomados e porque me fizeram esperar 1 semana por uma resposta, mas não obtive retorno. O SERVIÇO DE ATENDIMENTO AO CLIENTE NÃO FUNCIONA.
Me fizeram de palhaça!
RESPOSTA 2:
1) A proposta inicial foi sugestão da própria corretora!!!
2) Se foi negada, porque ela solicitou meus documentos e porque me fez esperar 1 semana?
3) NÃO ENTREI EM CONTATO COM O PROPRIETÁRIO!
As informações continuam desencontradas e infelizmente para se safar da responsabilidade vocês continuam mentindo.
Isso é triste!
Vou reclamar sim, porque nenhum cliente merece ser tratado de forma tão irresponsável.
BEWARE when trying to rent a property through this realtor, the brokerage is extremely uncompromising with the process. I visited the property, sent all the requested documents, and was told to wait. I waited 1 week for an answer and after contacting me several times to try to understand "where I was", I received a message saying that the property had already been leased to someone else. Detail: until today the property appears as available for lease!
The broker made me apprehensive all the time and the information she passed was mismatched!
I tried to contact the owner of Copette Imóveis to try to understand the steps that were taken and why they made me wait 1 week for an answer, but I didn't get a response. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT WORK.
Made me a clown!
ANSWER 2:
1) The initial proposal was suggested by the brokerage itself!!!
2) If it was denied, why did she ask for my documents and why did she make me wait 1 week?
3) I DID NOT CONTACT THE OWNER!
The information is still mismatched and unfortunately to get away from responsibility you keep lying.
This is sad!
I will complain, because no customer deserves to be treated so irresponsibly.
