★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois que mudaram os atendentes, o atendimento ficou péssimo. Era cliente à anos, fiel e indicava todos para ir lá e cada dia mais fico triste com atendimento deles. O atendente está atendendo você e do nada sai com telefone na mão. Quando mando msg pelo WhatsApp e digo a quantidade de folhas o atendente diz que é para mandar os arquivos para ele ver se ia dá a quantidade de folha que falei, ou seja, dúvida do cliente e ainda chama o cliente entre linhas de desonesto. Fora que todas as últimas vez que imprimir veio errado as impressões( Pedi 2 por folha, o cara imprimiu normal). Se você pede para gerar qualquer documento, eles não fazem, pelo menos foi o que o atendente me falou no dia que pedir para gerar um boleto. O preço é muito em conta, mas o atendimento.... está deixando a desejar. Perdeu cliente e pode ter certeza que perderá muito mais se continuar com atendentes como o que estão. Não indico e nem piso lá mais.

The attendant is assisting you and out of nowhere comes out with the phone in hand. When I send a msg via WhatsApp and say the number of sheets, the attendant says that it is to send the files to him to see if he would give the amount of sheets I said, that is, the customer's question and still calls the customer between dishonest lines. Besides that every last time I print the prints came wrong (I asked for 2 per sheet, the guy printed normal). If you ask to generate any document, they don't do it, at least that's what the attendant told me the day I asked to generate a bank slip. The price is very affordable, but the service... is lacking. You have lost a customer and you can be sure that you will lose a lot more if you continue with attendants as they are. I don't indicate or step there anymore.
