★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei várias vezes para o fixo mais ninguém atende. Pelo Instagram não respondem mensagem e mandam falar pelo Whatsapp. Mando mensagens por lá e faz meses que não obtive respostas. Podem trabalhar muito bem mas em questão de atendimento ao cliente é péssimo.
I called the landline several times but no one answers. They don't answer a message on Instagram and send it on Whatsapp. I send messages over there and I haven't had any answers for months. They can work very well but in terms of customer service it sucks.

Deixam o cliente no vácuo. Solicitei umas máscaras onde a realidade foi bem diferente da expectativa. Veio com a imagem borrada e é cheia de manchas. Até tiveram a boa vontade de trocar, mas aí veio o sofrimento das faltas de prazo estipulado. E aí quando decidi desistir do produto, me entregam as máscaras. Tem até um serviço/produto de boa qualidade mas o atendimento e o prazo de entrega são péssimos!!!!

They leave the customer in a vacuum. I requested masks where the reality was quite different from the expectation. It came with the image blurred and is full of spots. They even had the good will to change, but then came the suffering of the stipulated time off. And then when I decided to give up the product, they give me the masks. It even has a good quality product / service but the service and delivery times are terrible !!!!

Vai fazer um mês que espero a concretização do serviço, sendo que o responsável não cumpriu com o prazo estabelecido de 15 dias para entrega dos materiais pago. Minha irmã e eu que começamos um negócio saímos prejudicadas, pois a loja virtual era para abrir no primeiro dia de novembro de 2020. Estamos tão decepcionadas com essa empresa que não indicamos para ninguém. que bom que tem um espaço como esse para avaliarmos e nenhuma outra pessoa caia numa situação dessa.
Terrible. frustrating. A company that lacks respect and attention to the customer, except to get paid. It will be a month that I wait for the service to be completed, and the person in charge has not met the established deadline of 15 days for delivery of the materials paid. My sister and I, who started a business, were hurt, as the virtual store was supposed to open on the first day of November 2020. We are so disappointed with this company that we don't recommend it to anyone. it's good that there is a space like this to evaluate and no one else falls into a situation like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumpriram o prazo de entrega e não tiveram a consideração de dar satisfação, eu que fiquei indo cobrar. Até que pedi o estorno, aí fizeram e me enviaram pra não ter que devolver o dinheiro, mesmo assim algo feito às pressas. Não recomendo.
They didn't meet the delivery deadline and didn't have the thought of giving satisfaction, I was the one who was going to charge. Until I asked for the refund, then they did it and sent it to me so I wouldn't have to return the money, even so something was done in a hurry. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frustrado e muito irritado! Erram e ainda querem colocar a culpa do erro na gente. Errar é normal, mas nao saber resolver ficar enrolando o cliente por mais de um mês... pessimo nao recomendo.
Frustrated and very angry! They make mistakes and still want to blame the mistake on us. To make mistakes is normal, but not knowing how to resolve to be stalling the client for more than a month... very bad, I don't recommend it.
