★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para fazer encadernação 2 vezes. Na primeira eles me deram o prazo de 20min para fazer UMA encadernação. Ok, eu esperei e me retornaram com meu trabalho encadernado em torno de 10 a 15min depois. Na segunda vez me deram o prazo de 1h para encadernar 2 trabalhos com menos de 100 folhas cada um, sendo que o local estava vazio. Já fiz encadernação em vários lugares leva no máximo 5min para cada trabalho. Um prazo de 1h para fazer 2 encadernações é muuuuito tempo. Fora isso o atendente é simpático e o preço é bom.
 I went to do bookbinding twice. At first, they gave me 20 minutes to make ONE binding. Okay, I waited and they returned with my bound work around 10 to 15 minutes later. The second time I was given 1 hour to bind 2 papers with less than 100 sheets each, and the place was empty. I've done bookbinding in several places it takes a maximum of 5min for each job. A 1 hour deadline for making 2 bindings is soooo long. Other than that, the attendant is friendly and the price is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os contactei 3 dias seguidos pelo whatsapp para fazer orçamento, tive que repetir o que eu queria 3 vezes, (até aí tudo bem), me disseram que o histórico é apagado e não tem informações.
Só que eles deixam o atendimento pela metade, quando chega no final do dia fico sem resposta .
Atendimento horrível e ainda vieram com ironia.
NÃO RECOMENDO!
I contacted them 3 days in a row by whatsapp to make a budget, I had to repeat what I wanted 3 times, (so far so good), I was told that the history is erased and has no information.
Except that they leave the service in half, when it arrives at the end of the day I get no answer.
Horrible service and even came with irony.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Good graphics. Great print quality and caring professionals, there's no queue for anything. It just doesn't have a 5 because it has a very long delivery time. I made some business cards with 100 or 150 Uni and almost a week to get them ready!!!
