O pessoal interno, nao cuida dos seus clientes, são mal educados, e até grosseiros não sabem avaliar e cuidar do seu cliente novo que muitas vezes precisa de um olhar mais atento e uma atenção especial até se adequar as máquinas. Precisam cuidar muito da manutenção e atendimento aos seus clientes. NAO RECOMENDO!
I was a customer for two months, the sales service without problem, but the after sales leaves everything to be desired. The internal staff do not take care of their customers, they are rude, and even rude do not know how to evaluate and take care of their new client who often needs a closer look and special attention until the machines suit. They need to take great care of the maintenance and service to their customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
