★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui trocar um produto com defeito na loja do shopping e alegaram não ter gerente e que não iam realizar a troca, logo em seguida fui na loja de rua trocaram no mesmo instante, atendimento péssimo no miramar. Agora na loja de rua, atendimento nota 10.
I went to change a defective product in the mall store and they claimed not to have a manager and they were not going to make the exchange, soon after I went to the street store they changed at the same time, poor service in the miramar. Now at the street store, call note 10.

As vendedoras vigiam de perto, parecem ter muito medo de você levar alguma coisa da loja, e também já fui esnobada no tratamento.
Nem sempre compro, tem coisas lá que posso comprar no Carrefour ou num milhão de lugares pela metade do preço. Assim como achei coisas lindas e originais na promoção. Para quem curte " casa" a loja é legal, nenhum estouro ! Perde nos preços exagerados.

My experience in this store has always been good. I made a purchase I paid for, they were supposed to send it to my house. Friday the purchase was made and today on Tuesday they didn't bring it and the phone is turned off.

No sábado ao passar no caixa fui informada que estava sem internet e não teria como usar meu desconto, a funcionária Silmara falou que deixaria a mercadoria reservada, informei que não poderia voltar no mesmo dia ela me informou que guardava até o dia seguinte no domingo 12/05, sendo assim quando fui buscar a mercadoria no domingo ela me informou que não tinha mais.
Por que ela se comprometeu em guarda a mercadoria?
Isso e falta de respeito com o cliente.
Já está separada o presente seria para o dia das mães.
Ela me informou na loja que o gerente não autorizou porém havia deixado meu telefone com ela.
No sábado tinha um homem na loja que viu na hora que ela separou e o mesmo estava lá no domingo não sei se ele e o gerente.
Mas achei isso uma falta de respeito com o cliente eu sempre compro nesse loja, porém agora vcs acabaram de perder um cliente, trabalho no comércio e jamais faria isso com uma cliente minha.
SE NÃO PODE RESERVA NÃO RESERVA!
Me senti uma palhaça na loja.
Inconformada com esse tipo de atendimento no mínimo tinham que ter me oferecido outro produto pelo mesmo valor já que o meu venderam.
Não recomendado mais essa loja pra ninguém.

On Saturday there was a man in the store who saw the time she separated and the same was there on Sunday I do not know if he and the manager.
But I found this a lack of respect with the customer I always buy from this store, but now you have just lost a client, work in the trade and I would never do it with a client of mine.
IF YOU CAN NOT RESERVE DO NOT BOOK!
I felt like a clown in the store.
Unhappy with this type of service at the very least they had to have offered me another product for the same value since mine sold.
No more recommended this store to anyone.
