★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde ,lamentável atendimento , estive nesta loja no domingo(dia 25) a moca que me atendeu estava sozinha , mais ate ai tudo bem , gostei de um abajur ,o qual a mesma falou para mim aguardar pois a mesma estava sozinha e não poderia subir no estoque , eu falei que voltaria logo em seguida , ai começou o total despreparo para com o cliente , a mesma estava mais preocupada em informar a colega de trabalho que haviam ligado (provavelmente o dono) e ela havia falado que fulana tinha ido no banheiro e ela chega com a outra colega e blá blá blá , quando questionei a mesma como colocar a lampada no abajur ,PASMEM a mesma falou que eu teria que tirar os 2 parafusos de baixo , total desconhecimento , comprei pois minha filha insistiu , mais volto a repetir estava mais preocupada em encobrir as colegas de trabalho ,do que prezar pelo nome da empresa ,fica o alerta....
Good afternoon, unfortunate service, I was in this store on Sunday (25th) the girl who attended me was alone, but so far so good, I liked a lamp, which she told me to wait because she was alone and could not go up in stock, I said I would come back right away, then the total unpreparedness for the client started, she was more concerned with informing the co-worker that they had called (probably the owner) and she had said that so-and-so had gone to the bathroom and she arrives with the other colleague and blah blah blah, when I asked her how to put the lamp on the lamp, PASMEM she said that I would have to remove the 2 screws from below, total ignorance, I bought it because my daughter insisted, I'll be back to repeat, I was more concerned with covering up my co-workers, than cherishing the name of the company.
