★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento telefónico para marcação de exames, quando você liga e fala que é da intermedica nunca tem horário e muito menos sabem a data de abertura de agenda e ainda te sugerem a ligar no plano pra ver outro lugar pra fazer. Ai você liga depois e fala que é de outra operadora tipo Porto seguro acham horário rapidinho, e após o questionamento de o porque para a "porto tem horário e para a intermedica não a atendente Roseli informa que tem uma quantidade de atendimento para cada operadora (tipo cotas).
Terrible phone service to schedule exams, when you call and say it's from intermedica, they never have a schedule, let alone know the date of opening the agenda and they even suggest you call the plan to see another place to do it. Then you call later and say that it is from another operator like Porto Seguro, they find a time quickly, and after questioning why "porto has a schedule and not for the intermedica, the attendant Roseli informs that there is a number of services for each operator ( quota type).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gestão da clínica deveria melhorar o atendimento telefônico, tentei marcar consulta, o atendente atende a ligação e põe no mudo!!!!! Pra que??? Fiz 4 ligações no mesmo dia e o mesmo tratamento, desisti. Qual o intuito em deixar um cliente no mudo? Só pode ser pra desistir da ligação, só pode!!! Lamentável!

Porque o atendimento por telefone é péssimo, isso é, depois de um dia inteiro que tentei ligar, ficava muito tempo na espera, pra quando atenderem, simplesmente derrubarem a ligação. É um descaso total, como se vc tivesse pedido algum favor a eles. Não sei se vou ter coragem de ir ao exame agendado. Pelas avaliações tudo deixa a desejar.

Perguntei particular e tem horário. Pedi pra marcar particular, a atendente disse que não pode porque tenho convênio. Já comuniquei a GNDI

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cardiologista que me atendeu foi bem atenciosa e teve paciência de explicar e me tranquilizar. Pediu exames para um check up. Só não entendo o porque da demora no atendimento, em torno de 1h30m tanto para consulta como para exames. No meu caso esperei este tempo para fazer um ecocardiograma e colocar um holter. Mesmo chegando com os 15 minutos de antecedência que a clínica pede. A estrutura de salas e boa, tem várias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com tantos problemas reportados referente ao atrasado do atendimento e ainda nada foi feito! Tive uma péssima experiencia para realizar um exame de cardio e eco em meu filho que tem 4 meses. Teve 40 min de atrasado referente ao horário marcado da consulta. E ainda foi solicitado que fosse chegado 15 min antes do horário da consulta. Cheguei mais de 15 min antes do horário para agilizar o atendimento, mais acabei esperando quase 1 hora para realizar o exame em meu filho de 4 meses. Descaso total com o cliente, sem contar que houve erro na hora de agendar o exame, pois a atendente não se atentou em verificar os dados do paciente e ver que era um bebe e agendou o exame com um profissional normal.
Os médicos são muito bons, atenciosos e bem profissionais. Sou paciente do Dr. Valdir e meu filho passou com o Dr. Helio, são ótimos profissionais. Agora com relação ao atendimento, acho que todos os comentários do google já da para ver como eles lidam com relação ao atrasado e o atendimento. E um outro ponto que a clinica não se preocupa em melhorar o atendimento e corrigir essas falhas que já existem a anos.
With so many problems reported regarding the delay in service and still nothing has been done! I had a bad experience performing a cardio and echo exam on my son who is 4 months old. He was 40 minutes late for the appointment time. And he was still asked to arrive 15 min before the appointment time. I arrived more than 15 minutes before the time to speed up the service, but I ended up waiting almost 1 hour to perform the exam on my 4-month-old son. Total disregard for the client, not to mention that there was an error when scheduling the exam, because the attendant did not check the patient's data and see that it was a baby and scheduled the exam with a normal professional.
The doctors are very good, attentive and very professional. I am a patient of Dr. Valdir and my son was with Dr. Helio, they are great professionals. Now regarding the service, I think that all the google comments can already be seen how they deal with the late and the service. And another point that the clinic is not concerned with improving care and correcting these flaws that have existed for years.
