★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olá me chamo Silvana fui na loja cor da prata, comprei uma corrente com pingente e uma pulseira de presente pra minha filha 4/02/20, inacreditável ficou escura,uma semana q compramos a minha filha reclamou q tinha um fiapo na corrente achei estranho hoje dia 19/02/20 ela foi na loja deu pra moça limpar e quando a moça volta fala pra minha filha q a corrente soltou , voltei na loja agora a outra moça falou q tem q sodar e ainda tenho q pagar 20,00pq a garantia não cobre quebra gente esse material não e bom tem dias q eu comprei vou no Procon e no Celso Russomano resolver tomamos todo cuidado com a corrente e aconteceu isso fui na loja reclamar a moça nem deu muita importância.
Hello my name is Silvana I went to the silver-colored store, I bought a chain with a pendant and a bracelet as a gift for my daughter 4/02/20, unbelievable it was dark, one week we bought my daughter complained that there was a lint in the chain I thought it was strange today 02/19/20 she went to the store gave it to the girl to clean it up and when the girl comes back she tells my daughter the chain released, I went back to the store now the other girl said she has to soda and I still have to pay 20.00pq for the guarantee it doesn’t cover people breaking this material, and there are some days when I bought it I’m going to Procon and Celso Russomano to decide we took great care with the chain and it happened that I went to the store to complain about the girl and didn’t give much importance.
