★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queria deixar aqui minha decepção com o atendimento que tive no Espaço Nails shopping Tucuruvi, fui super mal atendida pela recepcionista/gerente na primeira vez que vim, me tratou com estupidez e falta de educação, perguntei duas vezes se precisa marcar pra tirar a unha permanente que fiz e ela disse que não, quando retornei no dia 12/12 pra retirar p esmalte, disse que eu precisava marcar, mandou eu olhar pra dentro do lugar indicando que estava lotado, e que não era assim as coisas, então eu marquei e vim hoje retirar, novamente sem educação, me mandou aguardar num canto, não sabe tratar os clientes e age como se estivesse fazendo um favor. As meninas que fazem as unhas são muito atenciosas prestativas e trabalham super bem, mas por causa dessa senhora, eu não volta nunca mais!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei horário hoje às 16h. Cheguei 15:55h e para minha surpresa não tinha manicure disponível, pois tinha acabado de chegar uma cliente SEM agendamento. Quem me atendeu não deu a mínima e disse que eu teria que esperar 40 minutos. Óbvio que eu não iria esperar. Fiquei inclusive com medo de ser mal atendida e sair com machucados na mão. Perderam uma cliente. Por sorte fui muito bem atendida em outro salão do shopping, sem manicure mal humorada e com mais espaço entre as clientes
Estudio Nails tem um PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca façam sobrancelha nesse lugar, eu que tenho a sobrancelha já desenha nunca passei pelo o que passei, a mulher falou que faziam este serviço e pedi para ela limpar somente. E a mesma afirmou que a minha sobrancelha já era desenhada, desculpe a palavra mas ela “cagou” na minha sobrancelha. Eu fiquei estérica de raiva e falei para ela que estava horrível e que não gostei e que agora eu tinha o prejuízo de deixar crescer.
Nem deveria ter pago por um serviço lixo desses!
Elas não são profissionais de designer de sobrancelhas não sabem fazer e nunca mais vou lá, mesmo a moça fazendo bem as unhas não tenho vontade de olhar na cara dela.
Além do prejuízo financeiro com produtos para estimular os pelos crescerem, tem a auto estima porque nem me reconheço!
Aff péssimo!
Devem somente servir o serviço que sabem fazer que é manicure!
Façam lá na loja Sóbrancelhas do 2 andar ao menos são especialistas.

A recepcionista de morena de cabelo curto era muito arrogante, nao gostei, destratou clientes na frente de todos, As manicuress ficavam fofocando entre si e a minha unha se eu fisesse em casa com meu material ficaria melhor do que pagar 55 reais em pé e mao, nao gostei de nada, nao sei se melhorou mas quando eu fiz a unha fui mal atendida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabalho de excelente qualidade. Fiz unha de fibra de vidro com profissional Taize, ficou lindíssimo .... super recomendo. Local com ótimo atendimento e horário bem bacana, ótimo para quem não tem muito tempo.
Work of excellent quality. I did a fiberglass nail with professional Taize, it was beautiful .... super recommend. Place with great service and cool hours, great for those who do not have much time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um pacote para alongamento de unhas de fibra de vidro pela espaço nails do shopping tucuruvi de colocação de fibra e manutenção mais algumas esmaltações no valor de 399.90.
Efetuei a colocação no dia 30/05/21 e na primeira semana estavam todas as unhas descolando de suas matrizes.
Entrei em contato com o local e a supervisora da loja, uma mulher sem postura nenhuma para o comércio, me foi agressiva e não acreditava no que eu estava passando sobre o ocorrido.
Já sou cliente da casa e a primeira vez que tinha feito alongamentos nunca tinha tido problema com descolamento.
Enfim, ela agendou depois de muita ignorância a minha ida a unidade no dia 11/06 para avaliar se o que eu estava relatando era real.
E eu assim fui.
Chegando lá foi constatado o erro e a mesma tentou ser suave e me colocou para fazer os reparos, a unha foi reparada, porém a própria profissional disse que o certo seria ter tirado todas, já que a fibra estava descolando do ponto de tensão.
Mas infelismente aquele era seu trabalho e estava exercendo sua função.
Fez a manutenção e a primeira vista as unhas ficaram lindas, porém depois de dois dias as unhas começaram a descolar novamente e eu para não perturbar o comércio resolvi colar as unhas com.cola para unhas postiças.
Enfim, após dez dias da manutenção cedida pela supervisora as unhas estavam péssimas e eu marquei a manutenção das mesmas.
Chegando na loja fui abordada pela supervisora que olhou minhas unhas e começou a me constranger na frente dos clientes, gritou comigo, disse que não é os produtos dela que são ruins e sim minhas unhas que não se adaptaram ao produto, que eu não sirvo para usar os produtos dela.
A maior ignorância.
Disse que não me devolveria meu dinheiro e que eu fosse atrás dos meus direitos.
Como pode isso gente??
Já era cliente de vcs antes da pandemia, já tinha feito pacote anterior e que inclusive por conta da pandemia tinha perdido validade e eu por respeito a situação abri mão do mesmo para não prejudicar o espaço e agora na minha segunda aquisição de pacote, passo por isso.
Eu não planto dinheiro em árvore.
E quero meu dinheiro de volta.
Isso é o mínimo que vcs podem fazer.

I bought a package for stretching fiberglass nails through the nails space at the Tucuruvi shopping mall for fiber placement and maintenance plus some nail polishes at the value of 399.90.

Anyway, after ten days of maintenance provided by the supervisor, the nails were terrible and I scheduled their maintenance.
Arriving at the store, I was approached by the supervisor who looked at my nails and started to embarrass me in front of customers, yelled at me, said that it's not her products that are bad, but my nails that have not adapted to the product, that I'm not good for use her products.
The greatest ignorance.
He said he wouldn't give me my money back and that I would go after my rights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estragaram completamente minha unha!!! Lixaram tanto para colocar o alongamento que quando tirei ficou igual papel, tive que cortar na carne para ela não dobrar para fora! Além do absurdo de você pagar mais de 240 reais para colocar o alongamento, ainda cobram mais 30 para pintar e cutilar, sem te avisar que é cobrado à parte, além de cobrarem mais 10 reais para fazerem um formato de unha. O tempo? Quase 4 horas para colocar! Além de tudo isso, o alongamento descola, entra ar e quebra, e adivinha? Mais 20 reais por unha para arrumar o erro da profissional. Me senti roubada e lesada, com minhas unhas naturais completamente fracas, sem cuidado algum, além de extorquida com esse preço absurdo. Não piso nesse lugar nunca mais! Não arrisquem, procurem outro lugar para fazer seu alongamento.
