I did physiotherapy there and you can see that those responsible understand a lot about the subject with excellent treatment. I highly recommend it.

Fiquei feliz de ver que ainda existem medicos que amam o que fazem e não ficam te atendendo olhando para o relogio. Recomendo fortemente!!!
I was amazed by the attention given, the Doctor made a point of explaining to me in full detail everything that had happened, and passed me step by step the whole procedure of my treatment. I was happy to see that there are still doctors who love what they do and are not attending to you looking at the clock. I strongly recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os médicos são excelentes porém o atendimento na recepção e demais funcionários péssimo. Fui com minha bicicleta elétrica e ao deixar estacionada com cadeado no próprio estacionamento do consultório, me mandaram retirar. Fui consultar com as recepcionistas, que com muita má vontade, falaram para eu deixar na calçada atrelada a uma lixeira. Decidi então cancelar o atendimento e sair dali o mais rápido possível para procurar outro médico. Pois um lugar onde não oferecem soluções para algo tão básico como comportar bicicletas, e onde principalmente, não há CORDIALIDADE, eu não volto mais.
The doctors are excellent but the service at the reception and other staff are terrible. I went with my electric bicycle and when I left it parked with a padlock in the parking lot of the office, they ordered me to remove it. I went to consult with the receptionists, who very grudgingly told me to leave it on the sidewalk tied to a trash can. So I decided to cancel the appointment and get out of there as soon as possible to look for another doctor. Because a place where they do not offer solutions for something as basic as carrying bicycles, and where mainly, there is no CORDIALITY, I will not be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou ciclista e fui me consultar por problemas no joelho (problema comum entre ciclistas). Na porta tem um valet que cobra 15 reais para carros, o mesmo me informou que tem ordens para não deixar parar bikes no estacionamento. Entrei com a bike até a recepção e a atendende não agiu com falta de educação, porém foi extremamente desagradável informando que não poderia deixar a bike lá dentro. Expliquei que minha intenção nao era deixar a bike dentro do estabelecimento (pois haviam idosos e acesso a cadeirantes). A recepcionista simplesmente me entregou o papel do plano de saúde para assinar e se levantou e foi falar com algum responsável. Atendente retornou pedindo que eu aguardasse ser chamado no consultório. Então coloquei a bike em um canto junto a mim. Eis que desce as estcada uma senhora até simpática que pediu que eu levasse a bike para fora e falou com o valet para deixar em um canto pedindo que eu não voltasse de bike, pois não havia como comportar a bike. Falei que não precisava se preocupar, pois eu é quem não voltaria mais. A bike é meu transporte e faço simplesmente tudo com ela, inclusive trabalhar e mercado e etc. Como um local pode nao comportar uma bike? Seria pelo serviço de valet a 15 reais? Enfim, não entendi. Dei duas estrelas, simplesmente pelo bom atendimento do ortopedista, foi atencioso ao explicar o problema e dispôs a tirar dúvidas.
I am a cyclist and I consulted for knee problems (common problem among cyclists). At the door is a valet that charges 15 reais for cars, the same informed me that has orders not to stop bikes in the parking lot. I rode the bike to the front desk and the attendant did not act impolite, but was extremely unpleasant informing that I could not leave the bike inside. I explained that my intention was not to leave the bike inside the establishment (as there were elderly people and wheelchair access). The receptionist simply handed me the health insurance paper to sign and got up and went to talk to someone in charge. Clerk returned asking me to wait to be called in the office. So I put the bike in a corner next to me. Behold, down the road a nice lady who asked me to take the bike out and spoke with the valet to leave in a corner asking me not to return by bike, because there was no way to handle the bike. I said I didn't need to worry, because I'm the one who wouldn't come back. The bike is my transportation and I simply do everything with it, including work and market and etc. How can a place not fit a bike? Would it be for the valet service at 15 reais? Anyway, I did not understand. I gave two stars, simply for the good care of the orthopedist, was attentive in explaining the problem and willing to ask questions.
