Aulas bem dinâmicas e divertidas, e tem até massagem no final!

Sou apaixonada pelo estúdio e pelas instrutoras, que tive o prazer de ter aula com a maioria delas.
É notória a evolução que tive em força, flexibilidade e equilíbrio. Mas essa conquista não é apenas minha, é muito legal ver a alegria nos olhos do seu instrutor qdo vc se supera!
Há 11 meses (tempo que iniciei no Pilates) ganhei mais saúde física e mental, além de amigas queridas.

I met the Core Pilates studio for a miracle that I can't even explain. I sympathized right away, I already wanted to take classes without even taking an experimental class.
I am passionate about the studio and the instructors, who had the pleasure of having classes with most of them.
The evolution in strength, flexibility and balance is notorious. But this achievement is not just mine, it is very cool to see the joy in the eyes of your instructor when you excel!
11 months ago (time I started at Pilates) I gained more physical and mental health, in addition to dear friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse como dar mais que 5 estrelas, com certeza eu daria. O lugar é super agradável e segue todas as diretrizes de higiene e principalmente agora na pandemia. As instrutoras de pilates são todas maravilhosas, sempre respeitando o limite dos pacientes, sendo gentil, muito educadas, simplesmente maravilhosas. Com elas também aprendi que posso superar meus limites.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would. The place is super nice and follows all hygiene guidelines and especially now in the pandemic. The pilates instructors are all wonderful, always respecting the limits of the patients, being kind, very polite, just wonderful. I also learned from them that I can overcome my limits.
