★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequentei as aulas de Pilates na Vital Core , em 2020 e parte de 2021. Interrompi o curso , devido ao agravamento da pandemia , e à minha idade preocupante de 76 anos . Mas , voltarei em breve , pois gosto de tudo lá : o espaço , a diversidade de aparelhos , a interação entre professoras e alunos , mas, principalmente a seriedade com que são ministradas as aulas , de acordo com as limitações e necessidades de cada um . Recomendo sempre a quem me pergunta .
I attended Pilates classes at Vital Core in 2020 and part of 2021. I interrupted the course due to the worsening of the pandemic and my worrying age of 76 years. But , I 'll be back soon , because I like everything there : the space , the diversity of devices , the interaction between teachers and students , but especially the seriousness with which the classes are taught , according to the limitations and needs of each one . I always recommend it to anyone who asks me.

No vital core Pilates, a fisioterapeuta Thainara, que é uma pessoa adorável, se mostra uma profissional muito comprometida, e nas primeiras semanas jabpude sentir melhorar minha postura e dores pelo corpo. Altamente recomendado.
My experience has been very good. I had done pilates before at another Studio and no results appeared after 6 months. In the vital core Pilates, the physiotherapist Thainara, who is a lovely person, is a very committed professional, and in the first weeks I can feel my posture improve and my body aches. Highly recommended.
