★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei da loja pois se apresenta como Outlel e não é. Na verdade é uma loja comum com meia dúzia de peças em promoção. Achei tbem que as vendedoras ficam empurrando produto e não deixa o cliente à vontade.
 I did not like the store because it presents itself as Outlel and is not. It is actually a regular store with half a dozen pieces on sale. I also found that salespeople are pushing product and do not leave the customer at ease.

Ótimo atendimento, tenho uma bolsa mais de 5 anos e o zíper rasgou, levei na loja, eles mandaram para fabrica e minha bolsa ficou novinha depois de tanto tempo, sem pagar nada!
Vale a pena cada centavo gasto nessa loja.
Recomendo.

Great service, I have a bag over 5 years and the zipper tore, I took in the store, they sent to the factory and my bag was brand new after so long, without paying anything!
It's worth every penny spent in this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As 3 estrelas são para a vendedora Juceli que fez de tudo para me vender um tenis, mas não tinha o meu número, inclusive se ofereceu em encontrar a mercadoria e me enviar por correio dentro de 7 dias uteis, mas isso não funciona, o cliente quer comprar e levar para casa.
The 3 stars are for the seller Juceli who did her best to sell me a shoe, but didn't have my number, even offered to find the merchandise and send it to me by mail within 7 business days, but that doesn't work, the customer want to buy and take home.
