O país enfrenta uma grande crise e fazer isso me aprontou de uma forma muito desconfortável. Fui embora e não voltarei mais.

Fui atendida pela consultora Fábia, que me explicou pacientemente sobre cada lente e cada armação, adequadas para o meu tipo de necessidade. Prazo de entrega rápido e óculos perfeitos entregues.

São 2 óculos, um claro e um escuro, e além das novas lentes precisei trocar as 2 armações. A compra foi feita em 11/03 e até hoje, 13/04 os óculos não foram entregues. O telefone fixo não completa a ligação e o celular só dá caixa postal. Enviei WhatsApp e não tive respista.
I have been a customer of the store for many years, the products are of excellent quality, but for the 2nd time I am having a problem with the delivery of the glasses. There are 2 glasses, one light and one dark, and in addition to the new lenses I had to change the 2 frames. The purchase was made on 11/03 and until today, 13/04 the glasses have not been delivered.
