★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ok. Preço acima do normal e pós-venda péssimo. Eu precisava de novas lentes com urgência, prometeram em 2 dias entregar. Inclusive perguntei "vocês ligam pra avisar ou é só vir?" e responderam que era só buscar. No dia fui até a ótica e me informaram que não estava pronto e demoraria mais um dia para entrega. Em nenhum momento me ligaram pra informar que haveria atraso. Falta de profissionalismo e de respeito.
Service ok. Above normal price and terrible after-sales. I needed new lenses urgently, they promised in 2 days to deliver. I even asked "do you call to let me know or is it just coming?" and replied that it was only to seek. On the day I went to the optician and they informed me that it was not ready and it would take another day for delivery. They never called me to inform me that there would be a delay. Lack of professionalism and respect.
