Horrible! They hang up on you or send you, without any guidance, to talk to the machine. And they don't respond to whatsapp. Spooky.

Sou Alérgica ao contrate gadolinio e precisa ser em um lugar de referência. Esses comentários não me animaram. Obrigada a quem avaliou. Assim sempre teremos como escolher pelo estabelecimento e profissional que honrar com o compromisso de um bom atendimento.
I did not choose this clinic because of the evaluative comments I read. I'm looking for a place to do an MRI. I am allergic to contract gadolinium and it needs to be in a place of reference. These comments did not cheer me up. Thanks to whoever rated it. This way, we will always have the option of choosing the establishment and professional to honor with the commitment of good service.

Quando fui pegar a senha pedi a preferencial, a qual todo idoso tem direito, e me foi informado pela atendente que não havia tal senha, que todos são atendidos por senha única. Acho uma falha muito grande que facilmente poderia ser mudada. A senha do idoso em outros laboratórios já é praxe, pela lei e respeito aos nossos idosos.
I went with my elderly mother to have an exam at this location. When I went to get the password, I asked for the preferential one, which every elderly person is entitled to, and I was informed by the attendant that there was no such password, that everyone is served by a single password. I think it's a very big flaw that could easily be changed. The password of the elderly in other laboratories is already customary, by law and respect for our elderly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atenderam bem no telefone para marcar consulta,mas quando fui fazer exame demorou 2:40+/- hrs pra eu ser chamada.
Agora mesmo eu estou ligando para a clínica para tirar dúvida sobre a retirada do exame e estou esperando faz já 20 min para me atenderem ??
Mas de resto, me atenderam de forma muito profissional :)
They answered me well on the phone to make an appointment, but when I went for the exam it took 2:40+/- hrs for me to be called.
Right now I'm calling the clinic to ask questions about the exam withdrawal and I've been waiting for 20 minutes for them to see me ??
But other than that, they took care of me in a very professional way :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, muito desorganizado, no dia do exame foi solicitado adiantamento do laudo, e no dia do retorno médico o laudo não estava pronto, falei com mais de 5 atendentes poderia citar o nome cada uma delas aqui, todas em contradição uma jogando a bola pra outra e ninguém pra resolver o problema, lamentável a postura da Corpus! Não indico só tive dores de cabeça com essa empresa.
Very bad, very disorganized, on the day of the exam, advance of the report was requested, and on the day of the medical return the report was not ready, I spoke with more than 5 attendants I could name each one of them here, all in contradiction, one playing the ball to another and no one to solve the problem, regrettable Corpus' posture! I do not indicate I only had headaches with this company.
