★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e demora absurda para qualquer procedimento! Mesmo com poucos pacientes, atendentes não saem do celular, sendo necessário dirigir-se até elas e pedir, daí atendem. Não há razão para agendar horário quando não há profissionais para atender, esperando inacreditáveis 2h30min.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos com horários , se vc liga para agendar um horário é pq quer ser atendido nele , não pra chegar lá e tem q esperar no mínimo uma hora , as pessoas tem mais serviço no dia não estão ali de férias não
Terrible with schedules , if you call to schedule a time it 's because you want to be seen there , not to get there and you have to wait at least an hour , people have more work on the day they are not there on vacation .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na parte de exames é ótima, porém no atendimento deixa muito a desejar. Se você precisar fazer algo principalmente pelo whatsapp desiste não respondem o número é inútil.
The exams are great, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. If you need to do something mostly by whatsapp gives up no answer the number is useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu adoraria emitir uma opinião sobre o serviço principal da empresa. Mas estou sendo travada pela própria empresa no atendimento para agendamento de exames e resolução de dúvidas simples sobre o mesmo. Eles optam por usar o whatsapp de forma automática, desorganizada e sem nenhuma seriedade em relação aos dados passados. É deprimente, é como se eu voltasse 10 anos no tempo e estivesse tentando cancelar uma linha telefônica. Já me perguntaram 4 vezes meu nome. Já cancelaram meu atendimento porque não respondi por 10 minutos e seguimos na luta.
Por favor, se não conseguem/querem usar a ferramenta de efetiva e eficiente é só não disponibilizar o canal. É melhor do que fazer de forma tosca.

They choose to use whatsapp automatically, disorganized and without any seriousness in relation to past data. It's depressing, it's like I go back 10 years in time and I'm trying to cancel a phone line. I've been asked my name 4 times. They have already canceled my appointment because I didn't respond for 10 minutes and we're still fighting.
Please, if you can't/want to use the effective and efficient tool, just don't make the channel available. It's better than doing it crudely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei mais de 30 ligando pra tentar marcar um exame, e ninguém atende. Acham que temos o dia todo pra ficar tentando. Em 5 min consegui marcar em outra clínica, além de na outra ser bem mais ágil o atendimento e muito educados. Seria minha primeira vez na clínica corpus, mas agora lendo as avaliações, será a última clínica que irei procurar.

In 5 minutes I managed to make an appointment at another clinic, in addition to being much more agile and very polite in the other clinic. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, pedem para crianças fazer jejum e não respeitam o horário marcado, pacientes todos marcados no mesmo horário, se tiver a possibilidade de levar em outro centro de diagnóstico leve, não perca seu tempo.
Terrible service, they ask children to fast and they don't respect the appointment, patients all booked at the same time, if you have the possibility to take them to another light diagnostic center, don't waste your time.
