★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atende o telefone, fecha antes de cinco horas, por duas vezes eu sai mais cedo do trabalho, e cheguei faltando cinco minutos e já estava fechado, seria os cinco minutos que eu iria pegar minha encomenda, horário é horário!
Paguei para receber uma mercadoria por sedex onde seria 4 dias e está no correio do Maracanã jarinu e não me entregam porque não catalogaram ainda, a vai ficar para amanhã,
Sendo que no sistema está tudo ok mas na realidade eu paguei por envio de sedex para ser mais rápido e vai ser entregue no prazo de uma correspondência normal.
Isso tá errado, os funcionário estão burlando o sistema e ferrando com os clientes, por isso que os correios está sendo o segundo ou terceiro plano de envio.
Sete dias para retirada de um envio por sedex.
Sem contar que no meu endereço não passa correio, tenho que ir na agência ainda, uma vergonha!

This is wrong, employees are cheating the system and screwing with customers, that's why the post office is being the second or third shipping plan.
Seven days to pick up a mailed shipment.
Not to mention that my address doesn't send mail, I still have to go to the agency, a shame!
