★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imobiliária não se empenha pra agradar os clientes em potencial. Fazem propaganda enganosa. Colocam um valor no site, sujeito a propostas e qdo vc demonstra interesse, sobem o aluguel. Ou seja, pouco se importam em agradar locadores.
Real estate does not strive to please potential customers. They do false advertising. They place a value on the site, subject to proposals and when you show interest, the rent goes up. In other words, they don't care about pleasing landlords.
